I absolutely adore my boyfriend who has told me that he wouldn't want to be with anyone else besides me. Recently, a girl he admitted that he once had a "thing" for died in a car accident. He's been depressed lately and I've doing everything I possibly can to be there for him. Last night, he told me about how her death made him feel like he would be bored for the rest of his life. I feel horrible and now I feel like I'm losing him.

I dated a guy from when i was 22 until i was 25. I really liked him i thought everything about him was perfect...only he was dating a bunch of other girls and would not settle down. We were young and i understand that. Anyways I am 26 now and have not been in touch with him for the past year. I really thought by now i would be over him but i still want to see him and dont have a clue of where he is. Which is probably a good thing. I have dated so many other guys and sometimes i like them but most times i dont and as hard as i try not to i always compare them to him. How long does it take to get over someone? If ever...Can u really feel like someone was made for u?

"Blood is thicker than water" Something some inlaw or jealous brother or sister made to guilt you into not associating with anyone outside the family, but what would you do (MEN AND WOMEN) if your inlaws used this to your DH or DW? Should we be offended? ARE we just water? What are you supposed to do with something said like that AFTER you were married to the one who you love, and the one who is SUPPOSED to stand up for you and your every word? Should you sit there and smile still, think about this
: You and your spouse are visiting and chatting with their family when the family says this famous saying, and your spouse in turn AGREES, and doesnt give it another thought towards how passive aggressive this is towards your feelings? What are your thoughts? What would you do and what does this mean to you? any experiences with similar situations? Please post, Cant wait to read replies

we are in highschool and the same age so there is no problem there. but i have a friend and she is also friends with him. im pretty sure she doesnt like him but i think he has some type of attraction to her. and sometimes i think she might like him. he will bring her up as a subject sometimes and it will be totally random and sometimes she will say "i love you to him" and she says it in a "joking" way, but sometimes it doesnt sound so jokingly. if im with one of them then the other one will ask where the other one is. our relationship has been less connected than it used to be. and i dont know if i should break up with him or not.... but i really like him. and also me and him never hang out but they are always together. what should i do? and is there anything going on between them? thanks

My sister is 31 has 3 kids. The youngest is 3 and in the system. The other two resided w/Dad due to her neglect & abuse. Dad got hurt and lost it all. Asked me to help keep the kids until on his feet its been a month. There is no court order. I only have Power of Attorney, not much help legally but for emergencies. But she threatens to kidnap them and take to Vegas to use kids for economical reasons to support her habit. I tried a Temp. Restraining Order but Judge only gave it to me not the kids. Also she knows she has to work a program to get her youngest back therefore shouldn't have other kids until she gets the youngest in her custody. Im tired of her threats and am afraid the kids will be in danger and already say they will run away if she does take them to Vegas.. I want to get Guardianship of them but the Dad is no where to be found and last I saw him he said he was not able to care for the kids & wanted to appoint me & my husband Legal guardians. Help! I need advise.

I feel like every guy I ever feel attracted to, has a girlfriend, is too old, too young, would be a terrible boyfriend, etc. Its been so long since I actually wanted to pursue a relationship with the guy i was crushing on. I usually don't flirt either because I feel like I shouln't. Then when I do I feel bad because I'm 17, the guy's 14 and he has a girlfriend (for example). Why do I do this? What can I do to change it?

My boyfriend and I just started renting an apartment about 2 months ago. His sister wants to know if she can come and stay with us for the weekend, now this wouldn't be a problem for me, however, she steals anything and everything she can get her hands on. clothes, shoes, food, cds, mp3 players, games. you name it she steals it. she is 24 years old. I don't want her to come to our house because I'm afraid she'll steal our stuff. This girl even steals from her mom. I just don't know if I should tell him I don't want her over. How should I tell him? She wants to come this Thursday.

my boyfriend is very upset with me because i lied to him.

its something really small... it sjust that..

ok so i REALLY like this boy and i sorta made up this thing that this geeky girl likes him (but she doesn't) so that i have a reason to talk to him and i've always liked him even since last yr. and the girl freaks him out and he wants to "pre-tend" to have a gf so she won't "bother" him (even tho i was making up everything she supposely said) and i think he wants me to be his pre-tend gf but to me i think it's an excuse to ask me out. and i think he likes me but then again i tend to think that he wants to just get rid of this geeky girl. so pleaz help me i'm sooooo confused!

ok well ive been going out with my girlfriend for a little more than a month now and on our one month anniversary i made her a note and she really liked it cuz i like made my own poem song lyrics sorta thing and later that day (this was during school) i gave her a hug and a peck on the lips goodbye like usual and i dunno i guess i thought she was really pretty after i backed away so i kissed her again and then she stuck her tongue out and i felt it touch my lips and i backed away real quick and AHH tried to play it cool and said "not now" and walked away.. the problem is... I HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO MAKEOUT... your tongues just WRESTLE ? or what the **** do i do. thanks for your help! oh and by the way i am 15 and she is 14 about to turn 15.

The other day he made the comment "do you know that it costs 3 times as much to have flowers delivered on Valentine's day?". So I figured he had made arrangements to HAVE them delivered on the 14th... but NO, he had them sent today! So of course I was surprised & confused and honestly a little bummed out. So when I spoke with him I was like "why are the roses here already?" and he was pissed and said I was ungrateful. I guess I am a little but geeze, a whole week early????!!!!

Hi, me and my finacee have been together for 3.5 years and are to be married in a month. We have had our ups and downs but the last year has been hell. She moved away for a job and ended up sleeping with her boss and breaking up with me. Two weeks later we got back together and got engaged 3 months later. Recently I found out she cheated with him right after we got back together and another time when while engaged. She says she is sorry and is willing to do anything...but a lot of this information I have had to purge from her through months of suspicions and questioning. She says her relapse was due to me being upset and having rollercoaster feelings...not knowing if we were going to break up. Am I insane to continue with the marriage as it is only 1 month away?

My mom always has to make comments to me when we're alone about hubby probably cheating...and our child being biracial,saying to me not to show up to hubby's job with him.To her,EVERYTHING from soup to nuts in our relationship links back to him being white and me being black!She knows NOTHING about biracial relationships and makes comments based on sensationalized movies she's seen.We're not in the 60's!I feel like most of the time she's jealous and makes rude comments to harrass me! Why does she do this?How can it be handled other than staying away from her and keeping our children away??
