he's 3 years younger than i am, attractive and fun to be with. He is also married, but lately when he's around me he looks for ways to touch me, teases me and is really playful. He also stares at my lips a lot when i'm talking to him. Could he be hitting on me?

Yup! He sure is hitting on you... You need to tell him to stop. That you don't like what he's doing before someone catches on and eventually even blames you for maybe flirting back. You don't want to risk getting the whole family involved. If your brother in law doesn't stop you might have to get your husband involved but I don't think you should till you try it out on your own first. Does he play around with other people the same way though? You said attractive... are you a bit attractive to him? Sometimes because we're attracted to someone, subconsciously you notice things in a different way... just a thought.

Way wrong idea to let this continue. Tell him to back off, cause all this will do is rip the guts out of the entire family if something happens between the two of you. Even the suspicion of something having happened between you too would send massive shock waves through the entire family that you could never overcome.

It sounds like he might very well be hitting on you. If you care at all about your family, you will do everything you can to keep this flirting from going any further than it has. As females we know very well how to encourage or discourage a guy who is flirting with us. I'd listen to the strong, smart side of yourself and start discouraging his behavior.

You may be just over reacting. Just play along, if he continues to make advances, then you should have a private talk with him. Be firm, and tell him to stop.

he might be, but of course as you know this is a ajerry springer episode waiting to happen so dont go there. but then again maybe its just family love. just keep your husband around as much as possible until this stops.

i have one like that just slap him if he touches you in a wrong way, tell your sister out loud when he does that! that's how i stopped mine!
