Ok, my bestfriend is Jen, and yea, she is a good one sometimes, but we got in this fight and I know I am right, but she will not admit it! I am going to this party and I need ride. I give them to her all the time. So I ask once, and her answer is no!

She says,
"My mom does not want to give a ride all the way out to your house."

And I only live 3 mils from town so I think she can, but what ever. You tell me what I need to do with her! Oh and we always fight if that helps at all!

In this case the divorce is bitter and contested. Husband wants to file in Nevada where they got married (because it will be harder for the wife, as she does not live there and he has family there). Can wife contest venue and move proceeding to Hawaii (where she lives) under a claim of undue hardship? Any advice would be appreciated

I think I might be over someone I like/liked (Not sure which) so it would be very helpful if someone tells me somethings to distinguish if you are over someone or not. Thank you

I've been dating him for a few weeks now, and I know he's definately bisexual (he's male, I'm female). He's really shy and quiet and nervous around people, even those he knows quite well - both male and female -and originally tried to ask me out 6 months ago by asking me if I wanted a drink when we were out with friends (he's never done this to anyone else in our friendship group that I know of). He'd broken up with his boyfriend a few months before. I had a partner at the time, and now I'm single again he's asked me out properly. But I'm wondering if he's fully gay and not just bi, how do I tell? He hugged me, linked arms with me and snuggled up on the sofa when we went out and contacts me pretty much every day (we live two hours apart so don't see each other all the time). But he feels a bit cold to me, is he just being really shy or is he just testing to see if he'd ever want to be with a woman? Please help as I don't want to misread the signs and get hurt again.

Yeah okay it shoulds bad, but today is my husbands birthday and well it is kind of a family joke. No one in his family celebrates his birthday because of religious reason so every year on his birthday he is a real grouch. My family have made a sort of tradition out of ruinning his bad day, but not by being nice. We say something really mean, or do something realy mean to him so that is is upset about whatever we did and not about the fact it is his birthday and no celebrates...... we always top off the year with a cake and the works the next day, so what are some really mean things i can do to ruin his day.

i cheated on my b/f, i wanted to break up with the boy i cheated with, i did but i was too late. Now that he broke-up wit me, i made myself feel desperate because i've begged for forgiveness and i'll do anything to get him back. I know that i don't deserve him and theres nothing i can do to change what i did. I really do love this boy, i been crying my eyes out but to him they mean nothing. i know i don't deserve another relationship with him but i feel like no one can take his place, no one, but i did what i did, no turning back, i have to suffer the consequences. I don't expect any sympathy from no one because what i did was stupid, no stupid doesn't even begin to descibe me, why don't you tell me what you think of me.

We've been married 5.5 yrs. From my view it has always been a struggle. Lots of emotional abuse. He is very insecure and needy. We've seen 4 different therapists. He seems to convince them he's such a nice guy and they tell me to be patient, understanding. I try, things get better for a short while (as they often do as long as I'm not making my needs known), and the therapy stops. Then the pattern repeats. We did find a PhD who seemed to really listen to me, but still her bottom line seems to be "that's who he is and you have to be patient". Now he's lost his job and is moping around the house, seemingly incapable of finishing any of the projects he started but didn't finish when he was working. I'm TIRED of being patient!!! If I try to communicate my needs to him, he immediately shifts into a defensive mode and starts to argue and sling insults. He fights in front of the kids (3.5 and 16) and sometimes even drags them into it. I'm at the end of my rope! HELP!

I would think having no emotions/heart would mean that they don't care what happens. right? Why is my man saying he loves me and wants to be with me forever but at the same time he's saying he has no heart? I don't get it. Can someone help?

i have a male friend who i recently reconnected with after amny years.at first he was calling me alot and now its been a month and he only calls but like 1 time a week, which i feel isnt enough if he cared anything about our friendship.we discussed it and he just blames it on work which i think is just an excuse because if he found the time before he can find it now.i find his lack of care very insulting and what bothers me even more is that whenever he does care enough to call hes asking to hang out with me but i dont feel he deserves to spend time with me.im extremely confused by what to do everyone says they think he lieks me but for some reason i dont see it,im contemplating cutting him off completely does that seem like a good idea?

My husband is 14 yrs older than me and i am 24 going on 25.Aside from a few strange moments because his daughter is only 8 yrs younger than me and his brother is my age we are fine and love each other. His brother lives with us not by my choice but we thus far have managed to work it all out.Five days ago he had a heart attack and while at the hospital we learned he has lung cancer! He does smoke 6 packs of cigeretts a day at least .He kept asking me to leave whenever he was speaking to the doctor and made me sit outside when he had an appointment yesterday.
Does he have a right to do this too me?

I love my boyfriend with all my heart, but my mom, sister, aunt and some of my friends don't think he is good for me. I have been in my relationship for almost three years and we live together. Now we are considering purchasing a house together. He is very optimistic and assertive when it comes to his point of view, but I kind of like that about him. He has very interesting ideas and concerns and really has what is best for us in mind. I feel like my mom, sis, and friends don't understand him like I do because they don't see him on a daily basis like I do. He is very sensitive when it comes to his feelings. Both my mom and him like to be in control of a situation so they bash heads a lot. Is anyone in a similar situation?
