My husband is deceased and now my father in law has died.
My husband was heir to 1/3 of 1/2 of the estate. since I am not blood kin to my father in law do I share in the inheritance.

No, unless it was written to include you, your husbands heirs are his children and they are entitled to his share.

In most cases, you would not inherit from the estate, unless there is a specific provision in the will. But, if you and your husband had any children, they would share in your husband's portion of his father's estate if the man died intestate. If your father-in-law left a will, the terms of the will may provide for a different distribution according to his instructions.

I believe the law reads that if your father in law left the money to your husband or his heirs, you will be entitled or if you are named by name. others wise no sorry

If you have children they would be intitled to your husbands share but if you are not in his will you may have to fight legally to get some of his money..and then there are no guarantees..I am not a lawyer I am just giving you my opinion..I anvise you seek legal advice from a lawyer.

JUST DEPENDS ON IF HE HAD YOUR HUSBAND AND OR YOU IN HIS WILL. THEN WHAT WAS TO GO TO YOUR HUSBAND WOULD GO TO YOU. WISHING YOU THE BEST.
