My husband has custoday of his son, he has had custody of his son for 7 yrs now without any financial support from his ex at all. She is always taking control of the situation, and always threatening to do something if my husband doesn't do it her way. Scared that if he doesn't do what she wants she will file for custody, he lets her get to her. Although when down at her house, his son witnesses physical fights with her and her new husband, and she bad mouths her new husband and his children. She doesn not even want her son with his kids because she says they do not get along, nor does her son and her new husband. Well my question is how could she get custody. His son has even said that his new step dad yells all the time at him (which I know all kids need discliplined), but he has come to us and told us that he has been hit by the step dad. SHe picks up and leaves even when she has visitation wth her son. Would the judge still grant her custody if she fought for him???

I am a nationwide contractor and i am 24 goin on 25.I am already divored and ex military.I have a great job that pays me about 68k a year.I love the pay but i also realize with my job for the past year i cant really have a realationship.It is too hard to keep one being on the road so much.Every 8 weeks i get to come home for 2 weeks.I dont know if i should just stick with it or give it up.Some one told me once that if i keep waitting to find the woman i be with she will have too many issues and kids cause all the good ones are taken.What should i do?

my friend has tons of freckles on his arms but almost none on his face, is this common or not? i think its unique and ive never seen it b4. he has red hair and reddish-brown freckles. anyone else know anyone with tons of freckles on there arms but none on face or offer your opinions on my friend cause i wanna know what people think in difference to my opinions. thanks.

i was at my ex g.f house about a month ago, and she got drunk and she started telling me that she loves me and she always loved me, so i didnt take her serious, bcz she was drunk, so we got in a fight and she told me she ment every word she said that night even tho she was drunk, so we got into another fight. and we started talking last week on wednesday so on friday she invited me to her friends house, we talked and she was like well i miss you and we just talked about the past so today i get on aim and she tells me this story of a guy killing himself bcz he got a girl pregnat ,soi was like i got a story to tell u so she was like ok go ahead, so i was like there is this kid at my school and he likes this girl they broke up about 7 months ago, and he wants her back but does not know what she wants it was a perfect ex of us so then she types "mabye the girls is confused and scared mabye she wants to look around and not to miss out on anything" I want her back but I dont know what to do

I have been dating one woman for past year who has been my angel since the death of my son and other events; however I do not have great chemistry with her. A woman I had dated about two years ago came back into my life about a month ago; we had fallen in love at first sight when we first met but she wasn't ready for a serious relationship at that time. She wants to be with me now, but my girlfriend has never done anything wrong, loves me very much and has been my rock for a year. Why do I still feel attracted to the other woman? When we first met, we used to talk all the time and she laughed at everything I said. Now it seems as though she is more interested in TV and pretty much everyone else more than me. i feel like him and i are drifting farther and farther apart. He has been hanging up the phone on me quite frequently b/c he gets upset because he feels like he's not worthy to be with me. he also tells me that i should go find someone else who's better. i've gotten the feeling that he doesnt love me anymore and have asked him. he says he still loves me and wouldnt know what to do if i wasnt in his life.

i just dont know what to do. i still love him. but i think that he's hinting to me that he doesnt love me back. hes not the same person i fell in love with.

he has been going through a heavy depression and i feel bad b/c i cant see him when he needs me most. he lives an hour away from me and will be having surgery within the next week. if i was to dump him when would be the best time? before or after the surgery? i kind of feel like im just running away from all these diffuculties and i dont want to leave and then regret my decision for a long time after. i need help please.

My ex-friend has been being a douche bag for so long and he has tried to go behind my brotherd and my best friends backs with their girlfriends he almost attemped to rape a girl I have been friends with for 6 years, he keyed a friend of mines car, he lied about so many things that he has done to people and he blamed some of his "pranks" on me, he lied to my parents, he threatened to fight me for no reason, he threw pennies at my car and they scratched that paint, he threw a pumpkin through my best friends dad's rear windshield, his parents found boozr in his room and he said he was holding it for me and his parents called mine and they took my car away for a month which caused me to get fired from my weekend job, and he created a fake schoolnotes account in his name and then blamed it on me and i almost got expelled,the list goes on and on and I have a few revenge ideas but i could use a few more to chose from.

okay Today the guy im crushing on and I talked for one whole class period.
