Facts:

They live in California
Parent's we never married
Father has always paid child support since birth
Child and Mother decided they want no interaction with the Father.
Mother and Father have not been together for 13 years.
They have court in a couple of weeks for child support.

Won't he have to pay more because of visitation and what can he do?

my best friend just had sex with her bf for the first time, and shes been stressing about being pregnant and stuff and ive supported her and went to the store w/ her to get a pregnancy test, even though i dont agree with her choice to have sex. i was talkin to another friend online, whom my best friend doesnt like, and this other friend said that one of her bf's guy friends told his friends that they are having sex. i showed the convo to my best friend bc i wanted her to know. did i make a mistake, should i not have told her? do you think she thinks im trying to break her and her boyfriend up? Ok.. my brother is going to be married in 2009 and he wants me to be a bridesmaid.. Hes being so rude to me lately and has been hurting me alot... I mean enough to make me cry.. pay CS and he lives 1 and 1/2 down the street. I am married to a wonderful guy and he loves my baby like his own. The question is that he(sperm donor) and I are on disability. We both get the same amount. So what will he have to pay "if" I take him to court. OH OH he works under the table. I would think he is making over $500 a month on the under the table work. And I do have picture of his car being at the "work".... HELP!!!!!!!!! My husband will adopt my baby, but not right now...

I am at a loss for how to approach my fiance sexually. Nothing seems to get her interest. She doesn't want to be touched she only seems to kiss me around my daughter. ( It seems she does that to show her we are in love.) when we are alone it is hard to even get her to look at me. If i look over at her on the couch she rolls her eyes and says, "what?" like I am doing something wrong, or just seriously bugging her. She doesn't have much of a sense of humor any more, and I mostly feel like a sperm donor / room mate. I just don't know what to do anymore. I don't feel like myself and don't know how to turn things around with out coming off like it is contrived. I have told her to tell me when she is in the mood and I will be ready and willing and she told me that is probably best. I can't even get her to really smile any more unless my daughter is around other wise I feel invisable. I know this is loaded I am just at a loss.

the guy is atttache with a girl for a year plus, in between still flirting as ever. wad issit that i can do know? she wans happiness, i let her free for i love her. but i cant let her go into the hands of such a man. please, tell me wad i can do. she isnt listening to me, she tinks im being childish and jus trying to win her back. but thats absolutely not. i jus wan her in safe hands. if he can hurt his gf like this, this history could repeat himself when she become his gf. im not sure if the guy is trying to two time or wad, but she says they are settling it. i cant stand all this anymore. im breaking down. some sensible soul please knock some sense into me, let me tink wisely, with all the intelligence of all yahoo users. thank u for reading

I am a 34 year old woman.. and too short.. but not ugly.. i don't see many men around me and when i go to busy places, a few men show interest in me.. they even don't look at me..when I compare myself to other women and girls, i see that i am too short.. i always wear high-heeled shoes but it doesn't help.. what can i do? I cant settle down and i don t know why?
im going on 30. it seems that i am not changing and eveyone else is. Mentally, I still want to go out dancing and I look great. i dont have kids and not sure if i want them.I am not even sure i fi want to stay married. I Everyone around me my age has changed. My son just moved in with me he is 16 we have a 1 bedroom place. The thing is he is not too motivated and my boyfriend goes off on him only after the boyfriend has had a couple of beer. Wherever we are if I look over at her she is always looking at me. Sometimes she smiles; sometimes she squints her nose and eyes and then quickly looks away.
She occasionally “accidentally” bumps into me, or she will try to give me a high five.
She also gives my mom a lot of attention whenever she sees her. I asked her 1 year ago if she liked me and she said we were just friends, but that was before she started doing all of this. She will always take my notebooks, she laughs a lot around me, but sometimes she is very mean, I know she is joking, but I’m getting a lot mixed messages.

I need a girls view of the situation.
