We were best friends. I told him I wanted more. At first, he was really sweet and lovey dovey and he paid loads of attention to me, even though I was never his girlfriend.
These days, he'll still be nice, but he's kind of edged on and keeps on telling me how much he likes these other guys and girls (he's bi), but he keeps saying things like we're gonna live together when we're older and have kids and stuff.
I've TRIED so hard to get over him and start to like others, but I can't and when he talks about how he likes other people, he makes me so jealous, and I've told him this.
I really don't know what to do anymore.. Please help?

Do you feel it is wrong for a younger man to date a woman his mother's age or older?

I realize I may not get a lot of responses here, setting a 10 yr. minimum, but how would you respond to this?

For those who have been in a happy relationship for many years - one which has a mutually satisfying balance between "together time" and other various individual pursuits:

Do you sometimes find it irksome to have to listen to friends or acquaintances that complain about being able to be in a relationship because they have this need for "space" (freedom, etc.) and you feel - based on YOUR relationship - that you're not really "cramped," and that their "stipulations" are more of an excuse for avoiding committment?

Of course, we all know there are couples that just aren't capable or willing to sustain a relationship, but in general, is their "space" complaint just a bunch of smoke? Or not?

Me and my beau have decided to just be friends until he moves closer to me and can devote the proper time to the relationship. It will be another 2 months before he moves. At first I felt happy about the decision, but it seems that he calls me less than he did, like every other day opposed to every day. It may sound petty but when we don't talk as much, I feel it's never going to work out. We've talked about this many times but he assures me nothing has changed, he just can't call often since he has no cell phone. I try to play it cool by creating distance since we are just friends for now, but I still long for him. I often prepare myself for what I would do or say to him if after 2 months he still didn't get serious.I asked him if he felt he would be ready for something serious when he gets everything settled and he said "yes" very confidently. The anxiety is overwhelming but I love him. How do I know he isn't slowly drifting? How do I keep things alive between us for the time being?

I am seeing this guy who I really like, and at times he says things that make me think that maybe I am not what he is looking for. But when we write each other by e-mail he makes me think, why am I so unsure of this relationship,he's not thinking of going anywhere. This he says because I onces or twice have written to him something like I know this is not going to last for long.,and he answer why do you know something I don't know.so I change the subject.

There's this guy at my gym, he's actuaaly a trainer there, and my problem, is the fact that I don't know if he's flirting with me or not.For instance, around christmas, he came up to me and asked me how my holidays and I told him it was okay, then he asked me, who did I spend it with. And then there was another occasion where he came up to me and told me I looked sad, and wanted to see me smile, and as I was leaving asked me when will I be back.I'm thinking , well maybe he's just being friendly, but he's always telling me to text message him for trainer sessions, and i told him several times, I'm a broke *** college student, and I cannot afford them, but then he's still asking me to told me to call him on his cell phone for a free session, and he told me not to worry about it...and so i told him I would let him know but he will text me, and tell me that he wants to hook me up, and money is no problem, so I booked the free session, but my question is why is he being so pushy

A man cannot be stolen from a woman, he has to be willing to leave his wife. So if your husband leaves you for another woman it's because you aren't making him happy. I opened this topic,b ecause I wondered why people accuse Angelina Jolie of being a homewrecker. Brad Pitt wrecked his own home.

My daughter is pregnant again by another man other than my first two grandhildren's father. It is not the future life of the baby, but the fact that she is pregnant by a man who has no job. She was suppose to be going back to school and starting on her cd. I just wonder what is her brain. I am aware that a baby doesn't stop anything. I am just asking for help understanding why?

We're looking for a judge, not a priest or minister of any kind, to officiate our wedding. I called the NYC clerk office, and they told me they could confirm whether someone was a certified officiant, but they would not release their list to me. Every web search I've done brings up various fringe religious officiants, but I haven't been able to find a single judge (either practicing or retired). The judge will need to go to our ceremony location in Brooklyn. Would appreciate any tips.

My husband and his ex-girlfriend has shared parental rights and responisibilities with her having primary physical residence. She thinks she has full say over everything because she has primary physical residence. If they both have shared parental rights and responsibilities, what exactly is primary physical residence? Does it give her more say over things? What is the definition of primary physical residence?
