My husband and his ex-girlfriend has shared parental rights and responisibilities with her having primary physical residence. She thinks she has full say over everything because she has primary physical residence. If they both have shared parental rights and responsibilities, what exactly is primary physical residence? Does it give her more say over things? What is the definition of primary physical residence?

It means that the child/ren live primarily with that parent, spend more than 50% of their time with the mother.
No, that doesn't mean she gets all the say. It depends on what the CUstody papers say.

It's nothing more than where the child lives MOST of the time. It does NOT mean she has sole custody and can make ALL the decisions.

If she is trying to do this, then your husband needs to let her know he will take her back to court if he feels she is trying to take away any parental rights he has.
