Yes when you grow up and stop looking for you mother's approval on who you date. Become the man and stop being the little boy and tell your mother where she can get off.
I'm not saying cut your mother out of your life, but when it comes to who you date it's not any of her business.

Not adequate information but let me run with what u give.Well,you don't have to let your mom knows that you are seeing your girl friend and as time passes maybe everything will be back to normality again.If not you have to decided on what you want considering the fact that you have your own life to live and if you really like this girl then you have to be prepared to take some risk.Eventually when your mom sees how much this girl means to you hopefuly she will come around..To coin all that i have said though;some times when in love you don't see the danger that lies ahead so my advice to you"take time to know her;love is not an overnight thing" Peace!

Your mom can't choose anyone for you. Some moms might think they can but they can't. Only you know who will make you happy. You are the only person who have to put up with that person. Your mom need to understand that you are a grown man and you have your own life to live. She lived her own life so why can't she give you the same option. Good luck on givin it another try with your exgirlfriend. Your mom will get over it! Did her parents choose your father for her????

probably not i know that you dont want to hear this but i am going to say it anyways 9 times out of 10 your mother will be right about your girlfriend she will be able to see things that you are not willing to see a mother knows best in most cases take her advise

just ignore her, your joy is not supposed to be determine by her, live your life the way you like it, but try to show her that you really love the girl and i think eventually she will accept it.
