Iam a frequent visitor to beauty parlour. I go there to trim my hair. Two days before i went to parlour mistakenly they made it as bob cut. it was my negligance i didnt instruct them properly. now iam unable to face the mirror iam depressed and feeling very low. from past two days i have not stepped out of house.

I don't get it. I like hanging out and being friends with guys. But every guy "friend" I've ever had has eventually tried to kiss me, feel me up, told me that he liked me, etc. And I always thought we were just friends. Can guys ever be just friends with a girl or are they always after more?

They were very happy and stayed together until he died earlier this year. While I don't justify older men with young girls, I think that in that situation it's not right to say he was a pervert because they were happy for so long. It's still common in a lot Latin countries for men to fall in love and start a family with a teenage girl and sometimes the parents approve if he is a good friend and a good man. What is your take one that?

I asked this lady that works with me (we exchanged compliments before, but hardly talk to each other) to hang out together. she said-"can i get back to you on that"? Today after work i went with my manager and a co-worker to eat and drink a magarita. My bf called me and asked me where i was at and i told him. So when i got home (we live togther) he was mad and he told me not to talk to him. i really don't know what to do cause i hardly ever go out and when i do he gets mad. But it is okay for him to go out and come home the next day and i never do that. I want to break up with him but i don't know how? I love him but he doesnt understand that i need to go out to while i am still young. He has his fun why not me?! A neighbor lady of mine who sometimes uses my indoor/outdoor pool,is now wanting to use my sauna.

She has came over a few times to pool parties etc,and knows I have a sauna adjacent to my bedroom.Well tonight she called asking if she could use my sauna!

I've been in a long distance relationship for 2 years. When my boyfriend and I met he had just (1 year earlier) come out of a nine year relationship. His ex left him for his best friend and they are now married he's still bitter.

Our relationship has gone well, no fights, love eachother, respect eachother and give freedom. We've taken things slow, easy going. He asked me about moving closer to him about 6 months ago. Then I decided I was going to make the move, because we both wanted it. We aren't going to live together until we get used to living close.

All of a sudden he's freaking out, not sure if is what he wants but last month he said he needed me to move there and be closer to him. I'm ready to move in 4 months, have a great opportunity there. I don't know what to do? I don't want marriage, I haven't pressured him about living together, I just want to be closer, he knows this!

I don't understand why he's freaking out, what changed? Anyone have advice.... Guys??? Help!

What is love and how does it work (in marriage, dating, etc.)?

There are many different ways that people have looked at love over the years. For example:

Voltaire : Love is an intangible and indescribable thing.

Neitche(?) : Love is nothing more than a way for the species to procreate.

Modern Science: Love is a flood of neurochemical chemical cascades and neural pathways that form our feelings.

What is love, how does it work and how is it created or destroyed? And if one feels 'love' for another can he/she generate feelings in another who does not feel it?
Can love be implanted or removed from the system artificially (not by illegal drugs or illegal ways)?


Please explain your answers in respect to interpersonal/intrapersonal relationships and emotions of both parties. I thank you in advance for your insight.

I feel that if two people are meant to be together that they will want the same thing, its been five years and I am well over wanting a proposal, he "says" he wants to marry me, well in so many words he says who says I don't want to marry you?? i never said I don't want to or it won't happen, but im going to do it my way, in my timing. My mom and I got into a huge arguement and now, she's calling 3-4 of her friends and now she's talking about it. I'm in my room now and I slammed the door and I wanted to scream. Because of her, I'm going to have a bad reputation with my friends family and aunts and uncles and my mom's friend. She didnt have to tell everyone and everyone is proably going to tell their kids and husbands and wifes or whatever....

Isnt she wrong for that? She did not ahve to tell everyone, it's between us, its not anyone's elses matter and she's going off telling everyone...I cant believe her. I hate her so much right now!!!
