i asked this dude to come skating with me and my friends, and he was like "i dont really want to go..." and i thought "HOW RUDE...?" and i really like this dude, so how do i handle? it means that he doesnt think we're cool and stuff and he dont like me!

Maybe skating is not his thing. But I do agree, it was rude to tell you in that way. Ask him if he wants to do something else. If he completely blows you off, confront him. Talk to him. I'm sure if he's interested, he'll go out with you!

Learn how to accept no. Just because he said no doesn't mean he was being rude. You have to accept the fact that not everyone is going to feel graced by being in your presence. You should ask him the reason why he declined your invitation and you might find that maybe he just doesn't like your friends.

Maybe he doesn't like skating.
This guy did that to me. I was SOOOOO mad. But I got over it. You see, I asked him to the skating thing and he said no. Then this other girl asked him and he said yas. I get SUPER mad, but again you'll get over it.

Well if he was into you he would of gone. I wouldn't worry about it when a guy likes you pretty sure he would go anywhere with you just to be around you
