But would anyone advise me on what they think would be a fair maintenance payment for a child.... I already have 2 which i pay for by mutual agreement and have just found out that I have another one. I will support it but at the same time I need to live my life and i just wondered that it may be financially cheaper if I went through the CSA this time..... any advice would be appreciated

I have just recently posted a problem going on in my life with my husband just a few minutes ago. Some of the answers provided were very insightful, in depth, and thorough. Most importantly though, everyone says seek counseling...here's my dilemma...I need to talk to someone now about my situation...and to be perfectly honest, I tried counseling one on one with a therapist last year and she sucked. She was more emotional than I was. We simply just did not click at all. So does anyone know of any counselors who are available by phone or something that would provide temporary relief on today?

My fiance and I have known each other for about 4 years.....and well...I was always there for him as a friend...and I fell in love with him..within a few months of knowing him, but we weren't together.....i wanted it...and he ended up dating someone else. All this time..he had feelings for his ex wife. Whenever the girlfriend and him broke up...I thought oh finally we'll be together, but he had feelings for his ex wife...and then about a year later..he decided that he was over with and could finally give me his whole heart. We were getting married in April of this year. He has not seen her in about 2 years...until recently when we came back home to visit.. and he would go hang out with her..assuring me that he was with me and thye were friends. The next thing I know...they both still have feelings for each other and he breaks it to me that he's not in love with me if he has feelings for her. Im so heartbroken. Do you think that he's just confused and could still be in love with me?

ok so theres this guy on my track team and he's kinda more popular and im like the normal one in school. and he's like never talked to me before and a couple days ago he wished me luck on a race and my friend said he was staring at me a lot so i really kind of like him.
=[ then there is this girl and she is the biggest slut/b*tch/wh*ore/f*cker ever! ( and i really mean it...honestly!)
and he is always walking with her and they are really "close". today i saw him sitting with her at lunch and his arm was around her in the hallway and they were walking..... my friend says that they are just really good friends..but idk what to think ...i need advice...i cant get over him..but if he likes her type..then do i really wanna be with him?
i like...love him to death right now...but im scared that my other friend will tell me that they are really a couple...
HELP!

He's in the same group of friends as me, so we see each other quite often. He'll often sit next to me or stand near me, or follow me into a different room. He often looks at me from across the room and smiles at me, and when we're in a group laughing about something he'll make eye contact with me. He often seems to be listening to conversations I'm having with other people and sometimes joins in, or comments on something I've said. I'm too shy to say anything to him, and he's shy as well. Do you think he likes me as more than a friend? What other clues should I look for?

October, 2007. This wedding announcement is indeed great news.
However, hubby doesn't get along with his ex-wife as she took their three kids away from him 13 years ago and moved south with the man with whom she cheated on my husband.
Question is this:
For my step-daughter's sake, I wish to have my husband and his ex-wife dance with eachother if the DJ is instructed (by whomever) to call on them. How can her current husband (who doesn't get along with my husband) and my husband (who hates his ex-wife) be convinced to put it all aside for one day for the sake of my step-daughter.
BTW: I did not raise my step-daughter. I met her once last year at a family wedding and met my husband's ex-wife and current husband there, too.
Oh, I also wish to see my husband and ex-wife sit together at the wedding while I sit back a few seats.
Would this be proper wedding etiquette? If so, if not, plz share with me your views/opinions/educated responses.

my husband's good friend has a birthday coming up in a month. his friend decided that he wants to go to key west with ONLY his guy friends(4 of them). he wants to rent a hotel and a boat, fish and drink, and so forth. for some reason when he told me about it, i went through the roof! i don't know why i exploded on him, but even though i apologized i am still upset about it. he said he doesnt want to go now because of how i feel, but now i feel guilty. i dont know why i feel so insecure about the whole situation. my birthday is right around that time period too and i really thought that everyone would want to do something together. his friend also has a girlfriend but i know he does act differently when she's there. i don't know how to stop feeling this way (is it a jealousy thing?), and i don't understand why it made me cry when i got off of the phone with him. i don't ever get upset when he normally just hangs out with the guys. does anyone have any suggestions?

It seems men always have to do the asking out. Why don't women ask out -- afraid of rejection? Say for example, the woman likes a guy, but he's unaware of it --and he never really pays much attention because he's focused on his school/work. Does it make sense for the woman just sit there hoping a miracle will happen and he asks her out? Or is it too much to ask for her to simply walk up to him, and at least strike up a convo? Do women think making the first move is "below her" and goes against her pride/integrity? Some women will sit and wait forever, and then wonder why they hit their 30's and 40's lonely and without a man. And then they become man-haters and blame all men for their problems.

Men, chime in here as well -- are you okay with a woman asking you out?

Women, have you ever asked a man out?

I am a stay at home mom of 2 kids. My husband works full time and thinks that he shouldn't have to take turns getting up with the baby in the middle of the night. Also he does not clean, do laundry, dishes, or anything. Is it fair that just because he works and makes money that he shouldn't do anything around the house? Is everyone elses husbands like this? Would appreciate answers from men too!

Okay even when I was younger I really seemed to enjoy the act of you know...and now that I am getting older it seems to get worse. Not that I think it is a bad thing. But to want this as much as I do? I am 30 years old and I know hitting that "peak" but didn't know if anyone thinks too much is a medical issue?? If I can't have the real deal I get the next best thing...

I was dating this guy. We were on our way to becoming serious. I dint know he was starting to feel differently about it all. When I brought it up he said he was feeling pressured and that he wanted to take it slow. we were having regular sex. I really thought we were moving forward in our relationship. He said he thought we should stop having sex b/c that was going to make my feelings grow.

we stopped having sex and sleeping together for 3wks now. this past weekend however we threw all of that to the wind and slept in the same bed. he tried to initiate sex but i wouldnt go through with it. that night he tried to play it off like he thought he was dreaming. why wont he own up to the fact that he wanted to have sex?

I want commitment but he doesnt so why am i still hanging around? i dont know what to do.
