figuritively speaking of course, but when you break up with someone, it is like loosing them; therefore, it is not far-fetched or unrealistic.... as for the matter at hand.... i would give you this advice: there is a reason they are exes right now..... and if you let this person back into your life, you will realize again exactly why you are no longer with them.......either you have let them go or other reasons.... either way, my policy is to never go back to exes... dont get me wrong, i believe that people can change but it is up to you to decide if all the changes that they have made is acceptable for you and the way that you want your life to go.. hope this helps you out....was not real sure how to answer that one

After a few months, I would be over my "old" love, and would not go back, regardless of whether or not I was dating at the time.

It would just depend on how I felt about the wife, what I had going on in my life and if I really thought that I would be better off with or without her, and if she could assure me that this wouldnt happen in the future.

I would stay with the new and let the old go... They did not want to be with you in the first place so move on with your life.... I would stay with my new husband anyday over my old one. But i probably would be friends with him for my kids sakes and let him see the kids. But that is it .

I would stay w/ the new love b/c I think if I fell in love w/ someone else after losing someone that was so important to me... Then my feelings must've changed and I don't know that I would still be in love w/ the first love.

If you've moved on and you've got a good thing, and obviously something was wrong in the old one, or it wouldn't have ended...then don't ruin another good thing to go back to a bad thing. If it didn't work before, chances are, it still won't work.

good question. If i lost someone (he dies or whatever) and he comes back to life and to me: I would take him in a heart beat (of course, I'm talking that he comes back no more than 3 years after).

Well, it all depends who i love more...simple as that, if i love my ex, and he suddenly came back to life, i would drop everything to be with him again, but if i love my partner that i am with now, then i would tell my ex, and he would understand if he really loves that much.

I would go back to old love, unless they both wanted to share :)
