It's possible. If a relationship is not strong or maybe there are some trust issues MySpace could ruin that relationship. In the end, this is something that has to be discussed.. You need to take your partner's feelings into consideration.. If worse comes to worse you might have to choose between your relationship OR your MySpace "friends list," but I guess that would show what's important in your life, right? You'd be surprised how addicted people are to MySpace..

only people ruin their relationships by doing stupid things on myspace. im so sick of hearing that the internet made people do things or that the internet is the cause of bad things....people make decisions that affect them selfs not an inanimate object...

I doubt it. A website can't ruin relationships. It's the people in the relationships that ruin them.

myspace is just one more form of passive communication. its lets people be lazy about keeping in touch instead of really reaching out. and it lets you keep in touch with people who otherwise you wouldn't - but i tend to believe that there's a reason i lost touch with all those kids I used to be friends with. It's just a lazy mans friendlist to make them feel cool. my favorite is the people who ask to be your friend who you havent talked to in years who don't even write a message - just want to add you to their list. lame.

I don't know if it's true or not, but as a mental health practitioner with 20+ years experience, now retired, I can surely see how it can! God Bless you.
