My brother-in law is dating a married woman and I feel like the only person who thinks what he is doing is wrong. He claims that her husband doesn't love her and she is only with him because she can manipulate him. Well we all know that men are not the greatest at expressing their feelings. He has even said those same exact words to me when discussing my husband. I feel that he is violating the sanctity of marriage. What really bothers me the most about this situation is that he can never find a woman that is not married, engaged, dating or living with another man. He is very charming and uses that charm to the fullest. I have even caught him flirting (and I mean serious flirting) with one of my friends who is also engaged. Is it wrong for me to tell him to stop flirting with my friends and to find a girl that is available instead of going around breaking up marriages? Does anyone take marriage seriously anymore?

The guy who I have known for only 4 months became my'good friend'. We both like each other but he just doesn't admit it because he wanted sort of freedom.
These days he became very busy because of his coming concerts. He was so sad in the phone yesterday that he couldnt meet me. I acted very indifferent about this and he seemed not happy about that.
But today I became to miss him a lot. Should I call him and ask him how is it going with his recording?

We broke up a year ago but I still have feelings for her. At first when we broke up, she was always avoiding me but I managed to work things out and we started talking again, but now suddenly she is ignoring me and avoiding me again. I want her to be AT LEAST my friend! What should I do?

My husband is not a very romantic person but he is very thoughtful and always listens to me. We have an understanding relationship and we seldom raise our voices. Anyways, I like romance movies, novels, writing poetry, taking bubble baths, having a candle light dinner and such. I don't know why but he doesn't enjoy any of those things. Anytime I rent a romance movie (the other day I say The Lake House) He either doesn't watch or gets bored out of his mind watching. I know that it is unfair to change someone but how do I make him understand that romance is something very important to me? I've told him before many times but I think the problem is that he doesn't know how to be romantic lol. What should I do?

I know the etiquette of not saying bad things about the other parent in front of the child, and to make nice whenever the child is around but how nice do you have to be to the stepparent when they arent around? She acts like Im her best friend and talks to me about their sex life which i could careless about, and when me and the father have a disagreement its her that butts her nose in and gives her two cents into whatever it is. Shes very annoying in nature and if i wouldve met her elsewhere we would not even be talking to each other. I have gone the extra mile to ensure my child is comfortable around them, and havent griped about them when she is around but some of the things she does just makes me angry, so is there a way that I could tell her Im not interested in being friends she is here because of the father without her getting the father to use it against me?

i have met someone through the internet and he is the nicest person ever and wants me to go and be with him, in his own country, morocco.

To start with he said that we could live here together, but i told him that i dont like England and his reply was that we would live in morocco then.

Should i trust that he doesnt want me for the visa? he is such a fantastic guy...and if i did marry him, would i have to convert?

Ok, lets say, you are a 19/20/21 year old guy and a girl of 16 years old begins talking to you and showing you she's interested...a girl who is very mature and has her head on her shoulders...what would you do?....would you accept and offer to coffee or even ask her out yourself? Btw...if this all happened in a country where it is legal...( in this case, it's Scotland...) :-)

I'm very curious to hear especially from grown children of affairs. I got pregnant during an affair with a much older married man. He wouldn't leave his wife & I wouldn't leave my husband. We went to counseling & spent SO much time working things out by now finally have. He's been wonderful & totally accepted "our" son, who's now 4. However, he never completely wanted to know if he was the father or not (he told me once that he knew I knew the truth but he didn't want to even think about it b/c he loves our son so much). Now that there is ZERO chance our son will ever be reunited with his bio dad, do I ever tell him the truth? I'm very torn... he should know his roots but at the same time, I don't want him to have to live with this burden forever (i.e., I'd like to protect him emotionally).

We have also accepted her other 2 children whom she's had since. Our son could not afford to help so we did.Now she has moved in with the father of her last child & is trying to push us out of the picture. What rights do we have as these are our grandchildren. The one has a rare disease & we took him to every appointment he had in the city at no cost to her.We learned how to administer his meds so he could sleep over. Now after 10yrs.she is trying to push us out due to moving in with the new guy. What can we do?She has the kids calling the dads of the last two, Dad,and our son,the father of her oldest, his buddy, not his Dad &wants us to do the same as she says it's not our right to call our son,dad to our grandson. Is this right?
