i go to court in a week to see if i am considered common law married to my ex boyfriend...he's never called me his wife and we've never shared any checking or savings accounts...we've never filed taxes together.....please say a prayer for me that the judge will believe my truth instead of my ex boyfriends lies....
he already lives with his 2nd ex wife in a house she bought in Dec. 06 and i just find it hard to think that he can get away with lies whent here is no truth to anything....i would never say i'm married to someone without a wedding.....it's just nuts......

I am desperate to get out of the country for a bit, even for a little weekend break to Europe. I really want to go with my boyfriend, as it wouldn't be the same without him, but he hates the idea of planning and going away. Every time I get on to the subject he gets very defensive and gets really stressed. It's so frustrating, as I know he'd love it and have a great time once we were there.
He says I'm impatient - I just think I'm spontaneous! What can I do?!

so last week i was talking to this guy like everydays multiple times, bith him calling and me. well we went out on sunday, and he never called me. today i had to go into where he worked for something...i didnt know if he was working or not, and he was. i kind of yelled at him and was like why didnt you call me? i think that i should apologize but im not sure. any pointers? is there any way to save this once great friendship?!?

we have been together for six years we have one child together and we cant go a day with out fighting..i mean serious fighting.We call each other terrible names every minute i rearly get called anything other than c*nt and i cant stand the sight of him.He play's pc games every minute he's not working which also requires the use of head phones so he never hears a thing i say, he does nothing around the house wont even take out the garbage he's not affectionate in the slightest way he's rude to people,bags out my family,he's gaining lots of weight cause he just sits on the pc and if i say one thing about him being a **** bf he yell and calls me every name under the sun,ive cooked him tea every night since i met him he has never cooked 4 me and i always threaten to leave and he wants me to go at that point of time but i cry and get angry and pack my stuff but i just never do it, its not like im in denile like i know how wrong this all is im not feeling sorry for my self i just cant do it

Ok let me start from the top. Between the times I was 13-15 ('98-'00), I met my first crush, she made an impact on me that lasted for months. It never really went anywhere due to the severity of my shyness at the time, just flirting back and forth, never went out on a date or anything, we gave each other presents for Christmas though. She never revealed to me or anyone else that she officially liked me more than a friend.

Then, in 2005, I was 20 and she was 18, I had her # from this list they gave out back in school. I was married, but I decided to call some old friends from back then, so I called her to say hi and how you were doing. She was very, very excited to hear from me and she actually confessed how much she liked me more than a friend back in the day. I told her about my marriage and she started joking around like "Nnnoooooo, you were supposed to get married to me!" But, I thought I'd do her a favor and ask if she'd be interested in a business opportunity that I knew of at the time. She said sure and so I asked if she'd like to come meet me for coffee around her neighborhood so I can tell her what it's about. So we set it up and she didnt come that day, I called the house and her brother said she wasnt in yet. So I figured maybe something happened or I don't know.

But now, two years later, I've been divorced for a few months now. I've been kinda thinking about her on and off every now and then, just that "what if" you know? Just to see how it would be if we were to go out and she can see the real me, not the shy me that she used to know. So I'm thinking about calling her or maybe waiting around her neighboorhood and act like I'm accidentally bumping into her or something. I think calling would be easier, but what would I say? I don't even know if it's a good idea. All I know is that I'm willing to risk it whether she has a boyfriend now or not, I don't care. I just want to know what would be the best way to go about doing this.

My ex and i seperated and i moved in with my mum. The children remained with there dad in our family home, as it was nearer to there school. I visited them daily. One day i called over to see them and they were in bed. I tried to leave but my ex forced me to the ground and raped me. He told me that if i turned up again he would do the same again. We are not only call each other boyfriend/girlfriend but also he never introduces me to any of his friends (they are not that many but still,,,,) also he just got back from a month long trip and in his first weekend he is going to a party without me instead of spending time with me, he called me everyday when he was out of state and also we talk and see each other a lot (rather close) but I am confuse!!!!!?
