sit down and make a list of what she is good at, her strengths. and start job hunting from there. does she have trouble talking to people in general, or just face to face? maybe a phone service job (like telemarketing or help desk support) or internet support. something that limits public contact, but still provides income.

You can't put out a Fire, by spraying the tops of the trees. You have to get down to the ground. Down to where it started. She may have been put-down, by a bad Marriage. Someone needs to get her to realize, just how worthy, she really is. GOD give her a Gift of Children. She shouldn't need any proping up. Children are the greatest Reward. That we can all have. And proof that we do have something worth while. Thanks for wanting to help.

well maybe you should look into her past to find out if there were things that had happen to her as a child..sometime this can be part of the problem..or get her to see a doctor or a counsellor. she has issue and she needs help. She must not be a shy person to bad if she got kids..

1] let her read self esteem articles or quotes
(this will aso help in interviews and personally!)
2] let her join personality development course or similar sounding courses!
(these courses give many tips and experience)
good luck!!!
