Just apologise!
mistakes do happen by human beings and admit this in clear words before him or on phone.Tell him, that u were quite upset wen u didn't call you up the next day but you realised that u shouldn't have reacted the way you did.
n an advice for you: don't b desperate for his calls. If he's your friend he won't let u down in ne case n if he does, m sure u don' need such ppl in your life,do you?

It depends on what type of relationship it actually was. Were you really just friends or were you dating?

If you were just friends go ahead, call and apologize. I get the impression you were more than friends though because of how upset you became. If he was just your friend I would imagine it would not have been such a big deal.

If you were dating, I would just let this one go. He stopped calling you for a reason. He may be committed to someone else unfortunately and didn't have the heart to tell you so he stopped calling. Confronting him at his place of business and perhaps embarrassing him didn't do anything better for the situation. If he wants to reach you because he feels bad for not calling, he will do so. For you to call him at this point apologizing may make you seem even worse in his eyes.

If you really think you acted out of line, call and apologize but don't necessarily expect everything to go back to the way it once was.
