Generally speaking, the only reason to be in a relationship is that you enjoy the time you spend with the other person... If you are getting pain or any other non-enjoyment... why would you stay???
My philosophy is "I will be here as long as I'm happy".. consequently, don't take me for granted and treat me the way you want to be treated.

Well it all just depends on what the situation is. If I feel as though it was done intentionally then I will..... well honestly i will hold a grudge for a long time, but eventually I will forgive. It's not in my Christian character to not forgive.

well if you admit he hurt you really bad, then you have to ask yourself, if he is worth, given a second chance and you deeply love him, and you know he loves you. Then you decide to take that chance and make it work, because you know he wont hurt again. But if you now he will hurt you again, and has done it before...girl leave him....its not worth getting hurt again.
i went through getting hurt by my husband on our first year of marriage, he was talking to another girl behind my back, he never cheated but the fact that he kept it from me really hurt me. now i know he loves me and he has tried everything to gain my trust back, and because i love him, i gave him a chance, as long as he does not do that sh** again, and he does not cheat on me, becaquse then i will leave him, no matter if it hurts. Bt you need to allow yourself to make the right decision, and know how many times have you been through this and if its worth it. This is the first time he did soething to me, i mean it was just talking but the fact is that it was behind my back, and that was wrong, but i am learning to forget, becuz i did forgive. Girl make your choice. good luck!xoxoxoxo

depends on how deep your love for each other... if you keep on forgiving, you'll keep getting hurt... but forgetting him doesnt make you happy either... so its up to you to make the decision... but you can give him another chance and dump him the secong time he did it ^.~ he's not worth it...

Depends on the depth of the hurt, what caused it, and what he did to you....
Somethings, like abuse, either verbal or physical, are NEVER ok...never, ever, ever....did he cheat on you? You're better off without him...if he can do it once, he can surely do it again....remember, guys always want what they think they cannot have....
But never let anyone, EVER abuse you in any way.....
