we have to go on more than that first of all if you are involved stop hurting and wasting youre spouses time if you put half as much time into youre marriage as you do thinking about this other person youde have a good marriage and you wouldnt have anything to think about 2ndly if youre not involvedf with a wife and kids at home then send her flowers with a card asking her out on a date with youire phone number or send her flowers and right after they show up give her a call and asked her if she likes the flowers that will be a conversation

I did nothing. Know what happened? I regretted it for the past 3 years. Atleast tell her how you feel. It will seem hard to do if you're as shy as I was, but if you feel this way. Getting let-down by her is much better than leaving and wondering what would have happened.

See if she likes you back. Act friendly with her and see how she responds, if she acts flirtatious back then ask her out, otherwise, it's just u + ur hand tonight.
