My best friend is close to being kicked out of school for getting in fights, ignoring teachers, and much more. I'm really worried about her, but I'm not sure she'll talk to me. She won't talk to any of my other friends. What should I do about her?

we've only been friends for about a year and a half but we are really close. we flirt all the time and have loads of fun. we spend loads of time together. we tried going out but he said that he didnt want to ruin our friendship. now we are still really good mates. we kiss, hug etc. he calls me at midnight, just to talk. we tells me what our kids will be called and how our future will be (according to him). he even tells me he loves me, but whenever i ask him if he likes me as more than a friend, he says " I dont know how i feel" wtf does that mean? the answer is probably very obvious, but I just need a few impartial people to 'spell it out for me' just so i finally know where i stand. can anyone help? i dont know if he is confused because of our close friendship, or because he likes me but cant say. what do you think?

btw, hes not very outspoken about his feelings. when he says 'i love you' its definately not just a friend thing. (thats the only thing i'm positive about).

Concerning child suport....it's strictly & entitled for my son. He deserves just that. His father is lying to the court and trying to malnipulate the system by only reporting 1 job out of the 4. Luckily, Child support enforcement of my county has his ssn and every single job...they said if he doesn't pay they will not only suspend his license, but puts liens on everything he owns and yes, in the State of California it goes on the credit report. I don't want this to happen to him, but he is doing this to himself by not supporting his son. My question is...for those that have gone through this IN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA if I file for a modification to increase child support so my son gets his proper share, how is it done and what are the chances I'll get this granted? I believe if I don't do this, the only person who will lose out is my son. Not me, not his father, but our son. Why should his father cheat the system and lie and get away with it? In the long run he is cheating our son.

it sure seems like that sometimes. I am 23, and I don't drink. Most people seem to think I am some kind of mustant or something because of it. I also find the bar/club scene to be pretty much the most boring places on earth. The problem is that I live in NYC and that seems to be the only thing anyone my age does around here.

I'm getting very frustrated with my husband. I'm a nurse, I work 36 hours a week. He's a security guard, works 40 hours a week. He does simple things around the house. Like cooking supper-leaves me the mess to clean up. Starts the dishwasher, washes clothes when he needs something washed. Everything else is left up to me. Along with the house work. I have the responsibility of taking care of our "girls." Dogs. I make sure the bills are paid.
I feel like I have all the responsibility...Then I have to worry that if I don't feel like cleaning up all of the house, getting all the clothes washed. That he's gonna get pissed off. I'm not only stressed out at work. I'm STRESSED out here too. HELP!

Every year I go through the delema of deciding if I should go to music camp or not. I'm 15 and have been going since I was 13. So, I've already gone 3 times, once to one camp and twice to another. It's just that I get homesick....is there anyway to fix that? Also, in my school I'm known as the music kid so I feel like I need to go, whether I want to or not. Any advice?

I stopped talking to my ex because i still loved her and i knew she could care less about me. Well we still like waved and said hi stuff like that. Well randomly out of nowhere i get a i love you text from her and she sure does not act like she loves me. A couple days befor that she sent me a text on my birthday saying hey babe happy birthday no i didnt forget. Just a couple days befor that she came to the store i worked at and i talked to her for a little bit the first time in forever. She has a boyfriend right now and she has put me through hell the past almost 6 months now. What is going through her head. I am an animal lover. And for a really long time I've liked pugs. My family already has a cat and dog. My Dad doesn't want another pet. When I ask him he always replies; "We already have a dog. Also you and your sisters always argue about taking care of him."

I'd like to say my other sisters argue but not me. I need some advice on convincing him. I'm trying right now to be good, get good grades, and take care of the pets but it isn't working.

On the other hand, my Mom ah-dores pugs. Maybe if I'm an angel and then pop an essay in her Inbox? I am not sure. I need some sugestions and ideas.

ok.. my best friend(michelle) was dating my other best friend(Allen). I met both of them about the same time and from the first time that i met Allen i've always been attracted to his personality. I've known them for over a year now and i've been falling more and more in love with allen. LAst year, Michelle knew how i felt about him and still decided to date him. Now they broke up and me and allen are always together and hanging out. I want to date him and he wants to be with me too but Michelle will TOTALLY flip because she claims that she still loves him. My boyfriend will
1-Stand in front of me while im sitting and talk to me while looking down at me
2-He will start biting his nails after we kiss or cuddle (is that like a"bono-er"thing)
3-Hes always trying to look me straight in the eyes but I've never really been comfortable looking people directly in the eyes so why does he do this?
4-If we're play fighting or something he always has to end up the winner or the one who restrains
5-Hes always saying things like"if you do that again imma tackle you but Id do it gently"
6-And we just started(french kissing) an when we're kissing hes always pushing his tounge in my mouth even when I'll back away a bit(usually when were laying down watchin a movie)

Im starting to stop over at my boyfriends house. We eat late and i get an upset tummy and i need to "pop out some wind" when we are in bed. But i cant do it cos im embarrased but i end up in agonising pain and cant sleep. I went to a holiday party a week ago & introduced myself to the bartender... a little drunkenly I might add. I didn't make a fool of myself, but promised him I would have a drink with him when he got off work that night. Problem was, I needed a friend to drive me home so I missed the drink. I called the bartender later that evening & apologized but told him I would still like to hang out at some point & gave him my cell #. He even remembered my name & said he would call sometime later in the week... I ended up calling him at the bar later in the week (2 days ago) just to say hey. He said he had been really busy with work & wanted to know what I was up to on Sunday (tomorrow) & said he would call me this weekend to decide on time. He was very friendly, talked to me for about 5 minutes, called me hon etc etc... So now what?? If I don't hear from him, should I call to firm up plans? Or just show up at the bar tomorrow (because he told me he was working tomorrow) & say a friendly hello?
