Girls who make you do everything first are usually boring in bed. Big generalization, yeah, but it's held true for all of my experience. You don't see this much in guys since guys can't afford to do nothing, but some girls (quite pretty ones, usually) think they can be "spectators" in their own relationship, not really contributing any opinions or putting forth any effort.
That said, I like a girl who has the guts to make the first move - a lot. Also, if you are not that good-looking, it is an easy play to push a guy beyond physical attraction since you are making a bold statement about your personality first thing.

Actually studies show that about 70% of the time women do make the first move, except it's non-verbal, and not always noticed conciously.
If you smile at a guy and he comes over and talks to you, it's actually you that has made the first move. You showed the guy that you're not going to bite his head off if he comes and says hi.
If the guy doesn't respond to a friendly smile or toss-of-the-hair, he's either:
1. not interested
2. shy
3. socially inept (a dork)
If you suspect he's either 2 or 3, then you'll need to give him a bit more than a smile, and actually approach him yourself. Whatever you do, try not to appear desperate (very unattractive), just be friendly and relaxed (easier said than done I guess).

I like this question because it is something that have been finding happening more often recently. I sometimes enjoy being approached by women as I find it flattering. However, it does put you in an awkward situation if you don't find the woman attractive. I have learnt to be pleasant when saying "no thanks", but sometimes they don't like to take no for an answer. I suppose with sexual equality it is about time us guys discovered what it is like to be hassled by members of the opposite sex too, so it can only be good.

If she's sincere, I FEEL GREAT! It's like the best feeling in the world. But if she's too aggressive, in an awkward way, I don't trust her as much because many woman who approach the guy, and seem too into it, usually have problems. And they're hoping you'll fall for it, take them in (cause no one else will), so they can abuse you with their problems.
But the sincere sweet girls, it's heaven.

I felt weird beacuse she came on werid and shocked me cause i didnt think she liked me :) If you want to make the first move then, dont rush, just take it slow..dont come on strong :)
