My best friend, Rachel likes Makenzie. I've liked him for to years, and she knows that. She broke up with her old boyfriend, Austin so that Mak (Makenzie) would ask her out. Everybody knows Mak is going to ask Rachel out. That will really hurt me. Should we stay friends- We're like sisters- or should I avoid her? I just don't know what to do. Please help!

I think you're overlooking one very important factor here: if this guy likes your best friend better, no "prior claim" you had by crushing on him first is going to change that, and you can't blame her for how he feels.

i know this is very hard for you but she's your friend you can't just dump her becoz she is going to go out with the guy you like. that's being jealous and friends are not supposed to do that to each other. you are like sisters right? how would you feel if she dumped you bcoz you are going out with th guy she loves, see you'd never expect your friend to do that to you. you mentioned that everyone knows that Mak will ask Rachel out. what if it doesn't happen? what are you going to do. you'll have lost a friend for no reason. so please reconsider before you lose a friend remember its very easy to lose friends but very hard to find them

i think that its kinda mean that she dumped her old bf just to get a guy she knew you like!!! if mak does ask your friend out, then act like there's nothing wrong, and drift apart a little from your friend, don't completely ignore her, just let her know you are hurt. and, thier relationship probably wont last very long, this sounds like a middle school drama, and those relationships die quickly (usually)

Talk to your friend and tell her how you feel. If she doesn't stop then make a move on him first. Then you can end your friendship. Because you don't want to be friends with someone that doesn't care about your feelings.

Talk to her. Tell her that you liked him. If she still wants to go out with him, then do not talk to her. A real friend would not purposely hurt you.
