My husbands mother is a little bit annoying and bossy and she is an ex school teacher so she treats people like kids and students still. I don't really get along with her very much as I resent being bossed around so much and 'questioned' all the time and I just want to know how to deal with her better so that I can stick up for myself a bit without being too much of a nasty person! How do you stick up for yourself nicely?

The last 4 months my parents are getting divorced after 12 years & 3 kids (i am oldest) It started when my mum walked out for another man who had 2 kids of his own. My dad wasnt dealing with it at first i think he is now, but he wants to move 3 hrs away so we can be with family because were we live now we have no one. I live with my dad full time & my 2 brothers go to my mums 1 week then my dads.

How are some ways i can cheer my dad up?

And is it a good idea to go with him to be closer to family even if it means leaving friends & the life i have now?

I am dating this girl and we kinda have this Friday night tradition now. We basically smoke weed and have sex over and over all night long. We will smoke some, get it on for awhile, then smoke again, then sex again, etc, etc. I am wondering if it is real, real bad for us to smoke a lot of pot one night a week. We do not smoke any other days during the week, even on other nights that we have sex. The reason we smoke on Fridays is because we can sleep in Saturdays. Sex with her is amazing, but Friday nights have an extra spike with all the weed. Is this too much???

My fiance and I keep arguing about his sister being a bridesmaid in our wedding. I would have asked her but its not even like we are friends or anything. My ex-boyfriend dumped me a year ago, yet last week he called me and asked me to go see a movie with him. I went with him, he picked me up & after the movie he just took me home.On the drive home, when I asked him why he wanted to see me, he said that he wants to see me 'every once in awhile'. Why does he wanna hang out and see me once in awhile, when we only dated for one month? By the way, we never had sex during our relationship cuz he knew that I wanna save myself for marriage. In fact, it never went past kissing. Do guys "hang out" and stay friends with all of thier exes or only some and should I feel special that he wants to see me even as a friend? What are his REAL intentions? He's in Asia now, but comes back in one month? Should I ask for coffee one time, but just as friends?

ok...i dated a guy for 6 years and we are still very good friends but are completely single. I am free to do what i want and so is he. This is not the case at all though. He calls me all the time and wants to know what i am doing all the time so it is hard for me to go out and meet new people because i feel bad about hurting his feelings. He cheated on me when we were dating and i learned to forgive him but i can never forget what he did. This just isnt fair to me right?

Also, here is the more serious part of the issue. His best friend and I have feelings for eachother. I mean I would do anything to be with this kid. I want to date him so bad but I cannot do anything about it because his best friend is my ex of 6 years. I know that he has feelings for me also because of the way he talks and acts towards me. I also talked to his roommate and his roommate told me that he does have feelings for me and is waiting for the right time to tell me. Please...any advice at all.???
