I was talking on the phone and they were listening about my crew beating up some kid and i am soooo mad now!! cuz they listened to the convo!!!WHAT SHOULD I DO?

You have the right to privacy, including your phone conversations, and you are totally justified in being angry about this.
However, your parents only listen in because they care about you and want you to be safe.
You have to understand the position they are in: on one hand they want to give you your privacy, yet on the other they are concerned that you need guidance (and by the topic of your conversation I'd say they are right). If they can compromise here, so can you. Tell them you understand their reasons for listening but make sure they know you hate it when they do. When you are a little older and have earned their trust, this will stop.

I hate to say it but here it goes...forget about it. If they do that all the time don't talk about stuff like that on the phone. Wait until ur together and talk about it in person. my gramma always did that to me and just stopped this summer when she realized that i REALLY WASN'T DOING ANYTHING! It really doesn't help confronting them because things always get out of hand (at least they did for me) and u end up worse than u started. Just be careful about what u say on the phone and on the computer b/c if they heard u talking about that they will probably listen to ur convo again soooo...yeah. hope i helped at least a little?

They're probably just concerned about you and this "crew" you're running with.
Sounds like you need to grow up a little bit or you may be the next to get beat up.
Your parents have a right to listen in if you aren't telling them exactly what's going on in your life. Family is important, they will always be there to guide you, that is if you are wise enough to listen.

why don't you wait till late and when your parents are sleeping to talk on the phone if you don't have a cell. i know i hate it when they do that. unfortunately there isn't anything you can do about it.
