My mother has told me many times over that I'm inconsiderate and think only of myself, yet I'm to be at HER beck and call whenever she wants. She criticizes me constantly and thinks every idea or opinion I have is totally off the wall. We have not talked for over two months and we didn't spend the holidays together. Instead of trying to work out the issue with me, she has involved practically everyone she knows, telling them she has no idea what my problem is and just seems to be brushing me off as usual. I have finally realized that I HAVE HAD ENOUGH! This may sound awful, but my life has been so peaceful the last 2 months without her nagging and putting me down. It is doubtful that we can ever be civil to one another, although I would try if possible. So, how do you tell your mother to just stay out of your life, without being labeled as the bad guy? I am so confused. I don't want to hurt her, but I'm tired of her always hurting me. Hope someone knows the answer.

Living in this world where fake boobs and skanky women are loved better then not. Even if a man wants a women that will stay with him and not cheat and be respectful it seems they still fantasices about the girls they see in porns. Or want you to dress like a skank.What is this world coming to. Now a guy can cheat on you and still be inlove with you!? Or look at other women naked. Or tell you that you should get fakes boobs and a tummy tuck because now real breast are not good enough these days. I mean maybe alot of girls dont think it is so bad or just dont care, but I think that 20 years ago or so this would not have been put up with at all...Just think about what its going to be like in another 10-20 years.:(

Ok this happend afew months ago and ya. I cheated on my ex bf and I felt really really bad about it and when I told him what I did he laughed at me and he said you'll get over it. But I only cheated on him b/c he said things to me like"What happens if I cheat on u?" or "I would date your cool friend". Thats why I did it. Would u forgive me?

We've been married 3 years and have a daughter together. But he is just so cold and insensitive. I use to be so in love but after years of hearing nothing but insults and back and forth I hate you I love you. Even when he tries to be nice it just scares me cause I'm afriad to let my wall down and let him hurt me anymore. I don't know what to do. I thought about divorce but the only option I had was to move in with my parents and living with them would do nothing good for me but make my life worse. So now I'm just putting up with him and pretend this is my family even thou I hate waking up in the morning and tread what crap i'm going to hear today. I still have love for him but it tucked away so that little bit won't get burned is there any hope?

They took away my cell phone, im not allowed to use the house phone, and i can't go anywhere. Only because they don't want me to talk to my boyfriend who didnt do anything wrong. he was always nice to they and he even helped us move. After all the work was done my parents told me i couldn't see him anymore and can't talk to him. I didn't do anything wrong either i always did what i was told with no hassle and always have good grades in school. I even done things that weren't my job to do my whole life. It seems like they want me unhappy all they do is tell me to do stuff and yell at me. i don't understand i was actually happy for once in my life when i met my boyfriend because he actually listened to wat i had to say and respected it. He cared for me more then my parents ever did. When i would cry when things got really bad in my house. he would calm me down and tell me that everything would be ok. he would talk to me on the phone as long as he needed to to calm me down.

Is this normal or am I just over reacting..my husband took two wks off. He's been on online every single day, playing game all day long and getting about 2-3 hrs of sleep. I wake up and he's on the computer, I go to bed and he's still on the computer. He's even gone a whole week w/o taking a shower, and its to the point where I'm telling him "honey please brush your teeth, honey please you take a shower you stink" I understand he's a hard worker-but c'mon thats just over board. Or am I just over reacting?..Please don't tell me that this is normal, or is it? Keep in mind he's not some dude who's in his teens-we're talking about someone who's in his 30's. HELP!!

I have been with my boyfriend for 5 years, and we have lived together for most of that time. We've had ups and downs in our relationship but we've settled into an easy, fairly happy, comfortable and stable thing. We love each other and although it's not the most passionate love, we have a lot of affection for and understanding of each other. He's my best friend, too. I have met someone else, and even though nothing physical has happened between us, I have strong feelings for him, I think I love him, and he's in love with me. I don't know what to do. I have been dating this muslim guy for two years against the will of my mother. He is a geal good guy and we were considering marriage but when He picked on this resentment, he postponed the date saying that my family needed time.
