Tell her what you love about her. Describe her through your eyes.
For example:
"Your kisses are amazing! They make my knees weak and time disappear. My heart beats faster and I can see fireworks. My skin tingles with the electricity I get from them."
or
"Your smile makes me melt...your grin on the other hand makes me blush Your eyes are so warm and tender, yet jocund and alive "
Just examples. A bit over the top, but I think I got the point across.
