I'm in the 7th grade and all of my friends have boyfriends. I just don't understand. I guess that today, in the world that we live in, everybody is in such a big hurry to grow up. A lot of guys ask me out but i don't see the point of saying yes unless i'm one of those wannabees who only does it to be popular. But i'm nothing like that. All of my friends try to talk me into going with just any other guy, but when somebody random that i don't even know asks me to be his girlfriend it's like there's nothing special between us. I want my boyfriend to be somebody i like...not somebody who just likes me for my bod. So what i'm asking is how do i get my friends to realize that I just haven't met anyone who i feel comfortable around in that kind of way, and how do i give the guys a hint that i want to become there friend so that we can grow into a stronger relationship?

ok my boyfriend called my best friend a fat whore and i got pissed off and i broke up with him i still love him but i dont know what to do I tried calling him but he didnt answer. one ofmy best freinds is in love with my brothers best friend.....she came over the other night..and so did he....and they stayed up until 5 in the morning ....making out and basically having sex...just with their clothes on.. i know the obvious answer is dont have them over together....well....my brother and brian...name changed...... are in college and can just drop by whenever they want...even after my friend... samantha...named changed....is already here.......i told her that it doesnt bother me because i know it wont work out in the end cause they are just....not each others type AT ALL but what should i do for the time being???

A man in my life quit smoking over three weeks ago. He is chewing nicotine gum, but has horrible headaches and he aches all over. He smoked a pack a day for almost 20 years and his mom smoked around him before that. Is it normal for him to still be de-toxing, after three weeks? Could it be the gum?

So theres this guy, that i dont want to say in love with, but i sure did care about him quite a bit.
and well after a few months of using me we broke up.
but he still hung around we would hang out, and even though in the back of my mind i knew he was using me i still cared about him and enjoyed hanging out.
well now my, no longer, best friend told me she'd rather have him than me in short.
im finally facing the fact i need him out of my life totally, which really hurts. but it needs to be done.

are there any tips of what to say *nicely* for him to stop im'ing me talking to me?

I just moved in with my boyfriend, and i found out he's a total slob. Plus he never goes to the store when we need something, he washed his hair with dish soap the other day 'cause we were out of shampoo! I've tried talking to him about it but he just shrugs it off. Well ive been talking to this girl for about 3 moths now, i call her alot and we talk on the phone at least 3 hours every time and we really get into big subjects and its alot of fun... i didnt really start to like her untill now and its been driving me crazy because i dont want to ask her out because she always tells me about these guys that act like they are her friend then start to get all pervy on her.... and i dont want that to happen because i truely am not like that and i really want to go out with her. When I turn on the television, I am disqusted. I see our sistahs being depicted as nothing more than mindless sex objects. What is so sad, we went from royalty to slaves, to slave owners mistresses. Through all of that we were the most virtuous women that stepped on the planet. Our men often went to the women that gladly gave it up. But we remained true to ourselves and our upbringing. We NEVER wore jeans that were so tight that it cut off our circulation. We never had the camel toe. We had respect. We liked to dress in the sharpest and classiest clothes that we could find. What happened to us? If you could say one thing to another sister to possibly get her to wake up and realize how priceless and beautiful that she is what would it be?

My husband and I made a few promises to each other, but cannot think of a reasonable consequence, if either of us broke our promise. It must be painful enough that it would deter us from breaking them but reasonable enough that the punishment fits the crime. Our promise are simple ones but very important at the same time. (i.e. no lies, etc.). We came up with paying a fine to a "community chest" that would go to our kids savings at the end of the year. Other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I'm 16 yrs. old and I was adopted from Lima, Peru when I was 6 months old. I never knew my mother, much less my father. I don't know anything about her, I don't even have a picture to look at, and my adoptive parents didn't even get to meet her. I feel lost, and I feel that now I'm 16 yrs. old I need to find out more about her. I feel empty, I wanna know who she is, people that aren't adopted doesn't know how it feels to not know the person who gave you "life". I don't feel right asking my adoptive mother/father if I could ever find her, for some reason I feel that I would be hurting them, even though I Love them very much. All I know is her name is Amelia, I don't even know if she could still be alive. Anyways, I want to know if there is any way to confront your parents about finding about my birthmother without making them "sad" or something idk. Is there anything that could help you find your parents. If I found her I don't even know if she's want to meet me.

been going with my bf for 5 yrs and just got engaged.the problem is his exwife jo.she still loves him and will not leave us or his family alone.they have a 8 yr old son tom and jo uses him like bait to get into family functions and to contact my bf daily.she calls him for EVERYTHING, from tom stubbing his to toe to his last bowel movement(not kidding)which then leads into a 15-20 min conversation about other things.this would not bother me much if she was not such a ***** to me.she always trys to undermind me to my inlaws,and has made it very clear she wants me to have nothing to do with her son.my bf will not say anything to her period as he said he wants to take the high road with her for tom's sake and has told me if i don't like it get out.they have joint custody so she can't deny him visatation rights.he said i don't have a child so i won't understand his reasoning.i just feel she is controlling him thru tom and to involved in our lives.i have to live with it or get out am i wrong
