When I turn on the television, I am disqusted. I see our sistahs being depicted as nothing more than mindless sex objects. What is so sad, we went from royalty to slaves, to slave owners mistresses. Through all of that we were the most virtuous women that stepped on the planet. Our men often went to the women that gladly gave it up. But we remained true to ourselves and our upbringing. We NEVER wore jeans that were so tight that it cut off our circulation. We never had the camel toe. We had respect. We liked to dress in the sharpest and classiest clothes that we could find. What happened to us? If you could say one thing to another sister to possibly get her to wake up and realize how priceless and beautiful that she is what would it be?

Patrick..stupid *****???Culturally it is "sistah." That distinguishes the difference between a blood sister and a sistah of cultural similarities. This stupid ***** earns more in a year than you probally will in your lifetime. This stupid ***** owns her own home and two new cars as a single mother and have not even reached 35 yet. This stupid ***** has three degrees from one of the most prestigious colleges in the United States. I am concerned about the traditional chaste and virtuous woman and that happens to be the SISTAH!! Thanks for your answer though. Tell Ronald McDonald hi for me when you go into work today. You want fries with that?

I'm glad you feel good about yourself. Women, regardless of color, and men, too, are mammals and have the procreative desire of all other mammals.

Some follow one set of societal mores; others follow none.

The question begs for a positive affirmation of your ideal woman. Ain't gonna happen because there are no such creatures. Each has to establish her own way.

im a guy......but.....personally, its all the mens fault why girls turned out like that, because if you think about it, theyre always in a MANS music video, and their boyfriend is always encouraging them to do all that nasty stuff and telling them to wear all of that crap and they just go along with it for some reason, i dont know whether its pressure or its just because people are so low they do most stuff for attention, well i hope i helped, cya

Cant ask questions here and exclusively designed for one group. How would you feel if someone said "a question for my white sisters"?

Tell your rappers to stop objectifying women, and treating them like they are not objects. Thats where to start.
