i am a 13 year old girl, so i'm pretty sure i know what you're talking about. i went back and read your other question (the one about you asking the guy out that likes you, but he says no.)
i think that maybe he just doesn't know if he wants to go out with you yet. that's not always a bad thing either. maybe he wants to wait for whatever reason. and then, there is the possibility that he's shy. so, he can't get the guts to ask you out. but, when you ask him out, he says no since he doesn't want people making fun of him since he didn't make the first move. i hope that helps!!!*

hi omg i'm 13 too! and that i h8 the peeps that say u brat! If u hav to ask u do not want something. i'm inquiring for a sparkling pair of fuzzy uggs. perhaps a giftcard to hollister or justice. perhaps a sprint makeup. some cool walking shorts. For the country lady perhaps an iTunes card or a Taylor quick cd. i'm inquiring for horseback using instructions. I continuously get a stunning little filled animal. perhaps i could recommend a filled panda undergo.
