i have jst met a lady freind through one of my freinds and well i have started gettin feelings for her, since i was introduced 2 her. do i tell her how i feel, or wait? or do i jst ask her out straight away?

I was wondering what I can do to change myself for the better. I really don’t understand myself. When ever I get too close to someone I feel that I should break it off before they break it off with me. A lot of people think horrible of me because they are saying that I’m using them but I’m also hurt cause I really like this person. I always regret it because I really cared for this person, and they think that I have no feelings at all. Which is not true, its very hard for me to open up to someone. I need to learn how to fix this problem because I hate feeling this way and I don’t want to keep repeating this over and over again. Any advice you can help me on?????

I ask this question because I feel there is a common misconception amongst blokes that women either don't like sex, or can't enjoy a laugh about things of a sexual nature. My best friend told me yesterday that she really wants to set me up with her cousin. He is my age (17), and he's a really sweet guy. I wouldn't mind AT ALL if she set us up, and i told her that she can invite him to come with us next time we go out and do something.

I'm worried though, that since her older brother (2 yrs older than us) has a crush on me, and he's friends with this cousin it will cause problems.

What should I do? especially since i'm not 100% sure that her brother likes me, and if he does i don't want him getting mad at his cousin/me.

I recently made an online friend this week, let's call her "Heidi". She is upset at me that I have to return to school next week and therefore won't be online to be with her all the time. I guess she has a lot of leisure time because I think she is an older lady, but I am not sure, all I know she is married and has a cat, and reads every message I write and comments on it.

Today she posted a profanity laced tirade about me online. It was disgusting. I wish something could bring joy to this dear woman's heart. How can we help her? my daddy says I should stop being so sweet and should probably just try to avoid her, but I believe everyone deserves a second chance, like people have given me, because well to put it mildly, I have had my troubles ever since my Mom died a few years ago and then I was abused by another person that was supposed to be taking care of me while my daddy was away. But I have too much love in my heart to let that get me down.

How can I help Heidi?

One of my best friends won't talk to me. She and I have been close friends for the last 4 years, and we've been really close over the last year and a half.

Recently she had surgery, and I dropped by her place to see how she was doing. I made food for her, talked with her, made sure she was doing all right, talked with her parents. Her family invited me to stay to have dinner with them. She knows how much she means to me, and she's told me that I mean a lot to her, too. It seems like after I visited her, she hasn't wanted to talk. She doesn't reply to IMs, text messages, voicemails...I got her a Christmas gift. She wasn't home, so I left it with her brother to give to her.

It's been almost two weeks since we've seen each other or talked. It kills me inside when we don't talk or see each other.

Did I do something wrong? Is there something I can do?

she has problems with husband, still asks about me but I am really unsure about this person even though I like her a lot, not sure about her age or whatever. looks a lot like my ex fiancee who passed away 5 years ago, my current girlfriend picked me up from work a year ago and she said the same thing when she saw her too and she said she looks wet for me. I`m not worried because my girlfriend goes back and forth from me and her husband. this other woman is the sweetest with her ways but her and I have also butted heads in purposeful and inadvertant ways but I also catch her looking at me. I've heard that if someone likes you their eyes might travel to your lips for a few seconds or so. I was talking with one of my co-workers when this happened. Their also always rubbing my arm, playing with my hair, complimenting me, giving me hugs, or gazing in my eyes when we talk sometimes. Their a lot older than I though, married and has children. I just thought that it isn't possible for someone older & married to like someone younger and...not married. There's always that question in the back of my mind though. What do you think?

I really like this one guy named John. Only problem is, he is dating my mom! Behind her back we have sex, go on dates, and hang out. I am 20 so it's legal. I'm 14 and my parents don't trust me at all. I asked to go to the park tomorrow, and they yelled at me and told me I just want to go sneak off and do something stupid. They leave absolutely no room whatsoever for compromise... I can't do anything! They treat me like a 5 year old, no matter what I do. I swore I wasn't going to do anything I shouldn't, but they still don't believe me. I never get to hang out with my friends. I have to be in the house, all day if I'm not at school. I don't get to have ANY fun. The park isn't even too far away... yet my parents still are leaning towards a no on letting me go. I told them I only want to hang out with my friends ONCE for the Christmas break... and that's all. The only time I broke their trust was over a year ago sneaking out of church. I went about A BLOCK away, and that was to get coffee. I wouldn't do anything like that again now that they've shown their obvious disapproval. How can I compromise with them so I can go out?
