flirt with him more.....talk to him more....get to know him....if u think he's not interested....let him go...he's not worth it.....but if he starts getting interested....ask if he wants to go to the movies with u and ur friends (group dates are always the best way to start out)......if that goes well....hey...ask him if he'd like to take ur relationship a step further

You do not ask him out, ever. If a man wants to date a woman he lets her know and sets a date...if this man has not asked you out and further likes someone else, you are setting yourself up for guaranteed rejection when he tells you no, or worse says yes even though he isn't into you. Also, if you ask him out it will destroy the possibility of him asking you out later because you are going to seem desperate. Find a boy that asks for your number, wants to take you out on dates, spend time with you, etc., don't give one more second of thought to a man who doesn't want you. He likes that person because you didn't show an interest. I am wondering now why you have become interested. If he hasn't already started dating someone just ask him to go to a movie or for a soda this weekend. Best hurry..because it won't take him long to find a nice gal.

Get one of your friends to see if he likes that someone else. If he doesn't well then just talk to him then later write him a note asking him out.

Ask him out anyway - if he says no you'll know what you heard is right, but don't not ask him out just because of a rumor. Just be cute and flirty - don't be fake because he'll see through that. Be creative, don't just ask him on a date, challenge him to a date.

Unless, of course he is absolutley in love with that "someone else" in which case, he would say no to everyone. If it's not that crazy, go for it.
