I've heard that if someone likes you their eyes might travel to your lips for a few seconds or so. I was talking with one of my co-workers when this happened. Their also always rubbing my arm, playing with my hair, complimenting me, giving me hugs, or gazing in my eyes when we talk sometimes. Their a lot older than I though, married and has children. I just thought that it isn't possible for someone older & married to like someone younger and...not married. There's always that question in the back of my mind though. What do you think?

well it is completely possible for someone older, and who has children to like you. Women think this is not possible because they think that guys think like they do. Well a good man would never cheat on his wife and kids. However, Guys are attracted to younger women because it is natural. Guys are instinctually looking for the most healthy parents for their children (which is younger eggs/mothers) and women are looking for powerful males (which comes with beign older, and having more money/connections) So just because you would never get with a much younger guy, does not mean that the opposite is true. From what you describe, this guy likes you, but you should never be with a cheater, they will cheat on you too.

Try to stand slightly away from this person and keep your arms crossed as much as possible and turn sideways when he tries to hug you. If he doesn't respect your personal space speak to him or a supervisor to let them know how you feel. This person may not be flirting. Some people are just touchy feely and you need to let them kno w non-verbally at first that they are offending you.

Yes to flirting. I would also bet that leaving his wife and children and living with and loving you for the rest of his life is not what's on his mind! In fact, I would have to think it's the furthest thing from it!

Here's the deal. Basically for guys...hair is off limits for cordial encounters. No guy runs his fingers through the hair of a girl who is just his friend. The hair is so innocent and mundane, but any touching of it consititutes flirting.

Yes, your coworker is flirting with you; *but don't take it seriously. Flirt back if you want, and have fun.
If you don't like it, this is considered sexual harrassment.

* Some people that are already taken can flirt without abandon if they want to because it is safe, and they don't have to worry about getting serious with someone.

yes, he or she likes you... your young, vulnerable do too lack of experience in life.

the touching etc. is a forplay kind of thing... he or she is trying to break down your outer bubble to get closer to you and make you lower your guard..

he or she is married... has nothing to loose and will do what ever they have too to get too you as long as it doesn't cut into their rice bowl (money). they are assuming the spouse won't care or is blind too the adventure they plan to have or had in the past.

I would think you have enough comon sense to stay away from this setting... unless you like this kind of interlude.

This is only my opinion.

yes it is possible. but the word is "lust" not "like" he is lusting after you, and he is being VERY inappropriate. you should NOT flirt back, you SHOULD let him know that you do not appreciate it, and you find it extremely disrespectful, unless you would like to become another one of his young Innocent victims... however, be careful because you don't want him lashing out and hurting you.
