i have jst met a lady freind through one of my freinds and well i have started gettin feelings for her, since i was introduced 2 her. do i tell her how i feel, or wait? or do i jst ask her out straight away?

I think you should simply ask her out for drinks, coffee, lunch. Start with something simple. If she's interested she'll accept or let you know when she's available. If not, it's better that you not make a big declaration about you feelings for her, right? Also, if you come on TOO strong, you may scare her off even if she's interested.
