I seperated with my ex last January and have 2 young children. I was faithfully married 10 years to ex. Divorce will be final next month. I met a great man 4.5 months ago and have started thinking about asking him to move in with me and children in 2 months... We spend so much time together it seems economical... Any words of wisdom? Sure wish there was a instruction manual on divorce and new relationships...

My 88 year old grandmother is recovering from a stroke and in front of my mother says I hear you're eloping... I did not respond...then they BOTH proceed to go on and on about all that I'm missing out on, etc., all the while I have not even told them my definite plans of eloping.. I just keep telling them no date has been set or plans made, but they know I am really set against a wedding due to all sorts of family drama (my parents are divorced).

My grandmother said, please, please do it for me..get married in a church, I want to be there, etc., the only thing I could say to that is since when are you religious? ... you go to church to play bingo! Trying to joke around and get off topic... but she was quite persistent ... After about 10 minutes of that, I was like enough, I really gotta go now.. and that was that.

So, now I'm thinking that maybe I just won't even tell them what our plans are for next winter.... just pretend we are going on vacation and come back married.

how many guys out there are still virgins and waiting for marraige? i mean girls are common to wait for marraige but its really hard to find a guy thats willing to. it doesn't matter if you're a teen, 20s, 30s or even 40s. (i doubt that).

He spends too much time with them and all they do is drinking and talking. None of his friends have a steady relationship and i am afraid that he is just looking at them and not taking a risk to get into something special with me. My fiance and I have been together for 4 1/2 years. We plan on getting married within the next year but we were considering getting married at the court house so that I could be put on his health insurance plan. His health insurance is much better than the one I have at work and less expensive. We would still plan on having an actual wedding with a reception later on. Does this sound like a good idea or does anyone have suggestions?

I have a 2 questions...

1) Why is it that if a girl is dating a older man it is unexceptable but if a guy does he is favored... like highly respected??? and i mean it may be only 3 or 4 yrs difference.

I've been dating someone since this past summer. I'll admit things got pretty serious pretty quickly. On Sunday she said we needed to talk about "us." She said she needs space. She still loves me and her feelings haven't changed, but she just needs space to figure things out right now. I asked if she was dumping me, and she said no. We were talking about getting a dog, living together when my current lease is up, and going on a trip this spring/summer. I'm so confused. If she loves me and her feelings haven't changed, why would she do this? I flat out asked if she had cheated on me, and she said no. She'd been REALLY hurt in the past when someone cheated on her, so I don't think that's really an option. Is it possible she's just scared because we've moved so quickly? What do I do? Do I sit back and wait for her to come back to me or do I still call and text her so she'll know I'm still interested?

...please answer this question. It's looking like I'm going to get married in the upcoming year, and I'm just curious to hear from you out there a few things, like how the situation works with the g's and whether you put them back on after doing it, if you change out of the g's before "it" into something more tempting let's say...basically just how you deal with g's in the whole process.

...and while we're at it, is oral accepted?
