I tried to quit, but he said he needed me to just work friday's since I like him and his family I thought I would try to help out. Now he calls me in all the time I'm getting tired of coming up with excuses when I just wanted to quit in the first place. Any help ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Question Details: My question is about child support. I have been granted sole physical and legal custody of my baby boy Jordan. He is 9 months and his father has not seen him at all or made no attempt. He has to pay child support monthly including back support from when Jordan was born. He doesn't want to pay and gives every excuse not too. His family has emailed, visited me and called me harassing me saying I have no right asking him for support because we aren't married. I told them nicely it's none of their business and between their son, my baby's daddy and I and it's support for my son. The judge asked him if he wants a relationship with his son and he said, "I DON"T KNOW?" I'm in California so there is no way he can give up his parental rights at all. Can he take me to court and get a different court order once a judge has established an order and child support enforcement has everything on him?

I've been with my lover for over two years now,i lost my virginity to him. I have always loved him and never thought i could be with anyone else. I dated other guys because i knew he could never offer me anything being married and all and the guys i dated never interested me and when i was with them all i could think about was my lover. I couple of months ago i met this guy at work who asked me out,we clicked and i have been with him over two months now. When i was with him i forgot about my lover,and i'm getting feelings. Recently he's been having family problems and shut me out completely and dont bother ringing even though he says he will. I came close to ending it with my lover because i liked this new guy but at the moment i dont know where i stand. Should i wait and see what happens?i'm scared if i dump my lover i might regret it and what if this new guy messes me about again?

This question is in response to all of those people who make those stupid comments to my questions. You people don't know the first thing about me, and yet you think you know me so well. You automatically assume that I'm a cheap s k a n k, which is not true. (I'm sure those people are now thinking, "geeez, why is she trying to persuade us like this? She must be a s l u t!" Look people, it's not my fault you're chest isn't as big as you want it to be, or you're not confident with your body! That's your own problem. But don't go dissin' others just because of your issues!

And maybe if you read my profile, you would see that I'm a college graduate with a degree in Political Science and another in Criminology, Law and Society. And I'm applying to law school right now. There's more to me than just nice boobs. I'm also pretty and sweet and I have a great personality. So don't go telling me that I have nothing else to offer!

My cusins moved to LA califorina to be actors. They didnt rele want to but their parents wanted them to. they r only 14 and we were rele close. they wernt able to come for christmas or thanks giving. my family is going to visit them but my parents wont let me go!! They say its too far away and they dont like the area. I dont know if i will ever see em again. I write them all the time and talk to them online but its not the same. What should i do??

my dads been an acoholic for as far as i can remember..i blame him for all the horrible things in my life an the way i turnd out and the main one being i cant seem to stop lieing and i now it hurts the people i most love..he also cheated on my mum an now that she wants to devorce him his fightin to keep more then 1/2 the things she earnd with her hard work and no fanx to him..its been almost a yr i talk to him but i do admit i feel so much happier but deep inside id like to make him suffer aswel but dnt no if that right

I have been dating this guy for 9 1/2 months and he left his ex-girlfriend for me. We have had issues with him still talking to her in the past. He swears up and down that he is over her and they are just friends. The bad thing is when he runs into her he never tells me about it and i always find out from someone else. When i confront him about it he tells me the same thing. Shes 2 years younger than me and really ugly. I dont know if i should believe him. What should I think or do???

My best friend got back into a relationship with her abusive ex-boyfriend. Since then, she has avoided most contact with me, except when she's at th bar drunk and needs to text me with a stupid message. We agreed that we needed to talk about what was going on, and she admits that she knows it is hurting me. We're supposed to get together tomorrow, and I thought that since we wanted to to celebrate Christmas together, that it would just be the two of us. She informed me that we'd be going to the bar and meeting up the ex-boyfriend and his sister (who, btw, always ends up getting into dangerous situations when she's drunk), and would it be okay with me. I told her I wanted to hang with her, but she informed me that if I couldn't accept hanging out with them, she would only hang out with me in the afternoon, and wouldn't go and have drinks with me without them there. The ex-boyfriend has called me horrible things . It hurts not to have my bff, but its worse being in this situation.

the father bit the child, he was taken to court ,only had to pay £100 compensation to the child ,now he wants to get back with the mother and child ,,,he says he will never do that again ,he was just angry,should she allow him back after an 8 year relation ship,do we let him have a second chance,,,after all the childs only three,and could he do this again ,? he says he misses them ,,and he knows he did wrong ,,do we believe him when he says he will never hurt her again ,,,,,???the little girl has a one year old brother,,,they have the same father,,,can we ever trust him again ?

She's been w/ her boyfriend for over 3 yrs now & is supposed to be happily ever after. They have a savings acc together & have plans for marriage, aren't yet engaged though.
About a month ago I began talking to this guy that we both know, She's known him for a really long time & has always had a crush (he's hot, has a good job & is super sweet). Anyway so I knew
about the crush but since she's been w/ her man & is in love, I figured all was good & she wouldn't make a big deal about it.
On the contrary to my thoughts though, she was super PISSED!!! She said how could I do that to her... however, it's not like she would've pursued her crush... so what did I actually do to her. Anyway she's my best friend & things haven't been the same since the guy & I started talking. I have no idea how to make things better. I can't talk to her about him & we're just weird.
What do I do( I miss my friend) & is she right for being mad?

I'm a male in my mid-twenties. I've been a loner pretty much all my life...not so much out of choice but because I'm very self-conscious. I think I've have avoidant personality. I want to make friends with people my age, but I feel weird doing so. Pretty much everyone already has their own set of friends, so they will think I'm a weirdo when all I have is them to hang out with and no other friends of my own. Everyone says find clubs to join, but its not that easy with my schedule and location. I need some help. Thanks.
