Believe it or not, most of the same places you like and go crazy over. Such as the inside of the thigh. Along the small of the back and base of the neck like a very gently caress. The nipples(bet you didn't think of that one) are just about as sensitive as yours are. Along the ear and sides of the neck. Instead of moving in a straight line, move your hands slowly side to side like your running your hand over a finely made piece of furniture finish. Also, guys don't have the same body nerve sensitivity as women do(sorry guys), so use a little more pressure than you would want used on you. Just be ready to change how much pressure and where if you accidentally start tickling him!! F.Y.I: Safe sex is best!!!!!

Part of getting a good relationship going physically, sexuially, or otherwise is to communicate with your partner during intamate moments. You and he can take turns letting eatchother know whats good and what isn't while exploring eatchothers bodies... Its fun, its intimate, and its great for any relationship. Any couple who isn't communicating like this isn't doing their relationship justice. Communication is key. :)
AS far as just plain old touching clothes on,.. same things applies,.. try different things,. and look for the signs that he's either enjoying it, or dissapproving it... I can only speak for myself, but i absolutly love the physical attention:) probably because my last girlfriend wanted/gave no attention...
myself, any 'good' physical attention can be done just about anytime, anywhere... as long as appropriate for the time and place... (making out at night in a park is fine, wonderful.. in a church on sunday morning in a very bad thing:))
just make sure not to over do it with your guy, it can push em away... i would suggest talking to him about it...
