My boyfriend of 6 years and I broke up about a 1.5 months ago. It was his call, not mine, as I loved him (and still do) and our relationship. He decided that I wasn't the One and moved on to something/someone better. I'm left devastated. Still can't really accept the fact that he wanted out of our relationship, but learning to move on little by little. How long does it usually take to start healing from this pain? When does life start looking good again? There will be someone else out there, right? :)))

I work with this girl who i've been "friends" with for the past 10 years and she a little crazy always want the attintion and wont give up till she gets it... Just the other day she started hatting on my "game" and told a guy we both worked with that i have a b/f (which isnt true) and i'm only with our co-worker for gifts... And i got upset because she did it again this isnt the 1st time shes back stabbed me... But me being a good friend i forgave her a million times but this last time she made me really upset... so i just told her to "kick rocks"... was the mean on my part?

I have a problem with my fiancee. The thing is that i'm madly in love with her, and she loves me too, but she is a total shrew. Last times we are quarreling all the time, and it gets on my nerves. I do everything what she wants, just because i want to please her, and make her feel as my equal, but she became rude. She considers herself to be a boss in the family. I tried talking with her, but all she says is that i create aproblem which does not exist. I even talked with her friends, and one of them told me that she needed a real man.Well i behave with her like a real man in terms of respect, but i guess she wants different relationships. She always changes the topic when i try talking about it. I do not know what to do. maybe i should try spanking her or smth.like that. Sorry but i do not know what to do! :(

I am 5'8 and I have heels but I hardly ever wear them. I would like to and I am becoming more comfortable with it, but I still feel uncomfortable around boys and some friends who are like 5'5. Is 5'8 too tall for a girl?

My eight year old niece doesn't want to live with her dad any longer.
Sis and B.I.L are now divorced.
My sister is not biologically her mom and never adopted her but has raised her for the past 7 1/2 years. B.I.L. won't let my niece anywhere near my sister, even though she still calls her mom. What can my sister do to get at least visitation? She is willing to pay child support and continue raising her as her mom. Any ideas or websites with legal info? My niece is suffering the most here as this whole mess plays out. She misses her mom and can't understand why she can't see her mom. B.I.L. is using baby girl as a pawn and at this point seems to have all the control...

I have 1 sister and 5 brother's in which one was killed before age 16 by a drunk driver.I was as bad as the rest of my sibblings at one time,talking about the other not wanting to be at family gatherings ect.The youngest of us is 46,I had a true reality check 5-4-02,I found out I had heart problems.I was mortified to find out,june 1st 02 I had a quid bypass,after which I have had 4 heart attacks,12 stents.there is nothing in which can be done for me.I never realised how much I needed my family until then,so I pulled a family meeting letting them know I was so sorry about the way I had treated them,and wanted to let them know I forgave them for any thing that they had done,we are family and I wanted to get to know them and them me and us try to be a family,but to my dismay it was a waist of my time as well as theirs.My Mother is 76 and it breaks her heart that we can't all be in one room.it took a reality check for me,I don't have long.is this what it will take for my siblings?

Like last time we broke up i begged him a lot but he behaved like a jerk. Then i was heartbroken and accepted the invitation from one of his friends(not very close to him) to go with him for thanksgiving. Then my ex went crazy and chased me down. But in his message he's always like i wanna talk to you but if you dont wanna talk, i'm find with that too. You know, showing him non-chalant but actually he was crazy to get me back at that time. We broke up again during his finals week b/c he's stressed out and i was high maintenance. Lately we met on aim, normally once he sees me on line during our breakups, he would immediately block me. But now we are just both online and not talking. And he just added "scrubs" as his favorite tv shows on facebook. A month ago when i told him scrubs has become my favorite show he didnt even like it. And now he's doing this.I kinda feel he's wanting me to beg him again like i did in the past.I'm not sure though but I dont wanna beg.i want him back though

A a very attractive ex-coworker recently left my company that I was simply friendly with. She has a long-time boyfriend and I am on the cusp of a 10-year (but unmarried) relationship. That title has nothing to do with the post. I just love that song. Anyways, there is this guy I like a lot but for some reason he thinks I hate him. Once i accidentally elbowed him bad. The other time i thought he was doing a math problem wrong but he did it right. In addition, made one of those statements like "you could do better" which you could take in a positive or negative way. Everytime i try to be nice i do something like elbow him. It's getting annoying. Anyways, my sister thinks he likes me. But i like him but i don't want him to like me back. I'm so afraid of having someone like me. I want them to like me but then again i don't. I don't know how to be a girlfriend and I'm also afraid of growing up. Help me. any advice, tips, comments, questions.

i've been single for a month i do realize my ex is a no good who really really hurt me. I know he is not for me. I want to get over him, forget him. the problem his my heart longs for him even though i don't want to i'm very concern I know people who claim to be forever in love with someone and settle for second best.
