You can jump into sex, and develop love later. You do not need love to have sex. You do not even know if you're in love until you have had sex with your partner. There is no way you can be in love without having sex. If you think that's wrong, then you've never had sex.

Sex is something that should be shared between 2 people who love each other. That is what is was meant for in the first place. Jumping in bed with anybody you meet will cause more trouble than pleasure.

Don't need to be in love for hot sex but the better you know someone the better you know thier likes, dislikes, kinkyness, hot spots, etc.
