Hi all, I am facing a big dilemma. I met a great guy in my country (Middle East) and we've been together nearly 6 months. We're in love but I'm being careful cause I don't want to make any mistakes and want to make the right decision. My bf went back to his home country (US) where he's facing minor drink driving charges but will be out. He called from jail yest and told me that he will have to enter an alcohol programme for 3 yrs! he said he wants me to go there. I'm really sad cause it seems we won't be able to see eachother anytime soon as he won't be able to visit.

The thing is I can't determine whether I can take a risk like that but at the same time I don't want to lose this guy, he loves me, respects me, makes me happy and can take care of me. I work for an international organization and building my career (first job). I know its not what I want to do as I am a journalist by nature but I have a one yr contract which ends Sep 2007. Shud I give up such a great experience 4 luv?

What should I do??? I am a really caring guy and there is this girl I like, We are both sophmores and have known each other a long time and we both know we like each other. My wife was raised by a mother who abused her severely. She was placed in several homes. My wife had always seemed to resent her mother. She wanted to rise above this,but since 2001 she has been in the hospital twice for suicide attempts and 2 other times for drug and alcohol abuse. She failed a drug screen the day our baby was 6 mos old. She was nursing and was taking something which could cause harm to the baby. We separated,with me keeping baby most of the time. After 2 mos of separation, she filed a false charge of domestic violence and filed for divorce the day she went in drug rehab for 6 wks. She was awarded temporary custody even though she was in rehab. Wife has been diagnosed with borderline personality disorder. She is allowing her mother to keep our 21 mo old on a regular basis. My attorney tells me that I have no rights at this time as to who keeps her. I have documentation of many of the grandmothers atrocities which will be submitted at trial. What can I do in meantime

I live in NY state, just in case anyone knows the exact NY law on this type of issue. Also, if taking her to court is my option, what type of court would I go to, Small Claims or other? I know in small claims you can only sue for money and only up to $5,000, the ring is worth about $8,000. She is the one who called off the wedding and all she tells me is that's it's a gift and that I don't have rights to it anymore. As far as I see it, shouldn't it be considered a conditional gift, with the condition being marriage?

It's not the first time that it's happening, she already stole me my mp3 and I get it back by being extremly kind with her and all the stuff. But now I'm ****** pissed off. I know if I get in a campain of ''being kind with her'', it will result as a ''I refeel sentiments for her and I let her enter in my house for she stole me stuffs again''. I have these two friends who are brother's by marriage, and they both really like one another, but don't know how to tell their parents. about... I am not a bonehead. My point and question is this and simply this, what are some good work at home ideas. If my husband was reliable in the first place, I'd have a house to take or ok credit. I HAVE BEEN TO COUNSELING. He won't go our problems areVERY private nature but 2 therapists have agreed that these differences DEFINITELY count as irreconcilable. ANd as for the "remote mountain village " it is remote in size and population but is 20 minutes from a larger town and only an hour from LA not in timbuktu. If the situation was healthy for my kids I would stay regardless, but it is not. Again, what I am looking for is work at home ideas that would require a computer, and good people skills and/or a phone. I don't want something that is going to require any commuting. And my kids are well adjusted, bright kids that are loved VERY MUCH.

My husband and I have been married for 16 years. We have been through a lot but never anything like this. He has a myspace account. I never really paid much attention-he said it was for his business. Last week I took our kids to a xmas thing, while he was shopping or so he told me. I found out that he had gone out of town to meet a female "business contact". He claimed that they went shopping but ended up back at her house. He claims that they didn't have sex or anything close to it. But I was still livid. These are some things he does...emails several times a day. Drives 100 miles to see me. Sleeps over and cuddles with me the entire night. Kisses me for a long time and at random times. Breaks plans with his friend to be with me instead. Hangs out with me in public, both before and after we get busy. Then he says he just wants to be friends with benefits. My bf and I have been living together for almost 2 yrs. He has 3 kids that live with their mom. The 2 younger ones are 7&9, the older is 16. I work nights and my bf works days so we dont see much of each other during the week. His kids come EVERY weekend from Friday thru Sunday at 9pm and almost every day off from school. They also come every break, and for an extended time during the summer. Their mother doesnt want them around. This is causing a strain on our relationship because we NEVER have alone time. He really expects me to cook and clean for them, do their laundry etc. My daughter is 16, so I feel like I shouldnt have to take care of little kids anymore. Is this excessive for us to have them all the time like this, or am I just being a bad person? I do like them, but I feel I am just being a substitute mom for his kids. Would other women do this? If I talk to him about it he just accuses me of not liking his kids. I just want to know what other women would do?

ok well me and this girl have been goin out for almost 2 yrs on and off. i dont know if im still happy with this girl, ill i do is try to make her happy. i feel like im not good enough for her but not because she says things to make me feel that way but because of our backgrounds. i guess u can say she is more goal orientated and has a good amount of $ but thats not what im even after i usually pay for everything unless she offers to help out some.
