It's not the first time that it's happening, she already stole me my mp3 and I get it back by being extremly kind with her and all the stuff. But now I'm ****** pissed off. I know if I get in a campain of ''being kind with her'', it will result as a ''I refeel sentiments for her and I let her enter in my house for she stole me stuffs again''. The other person that I can talk too is her friend(who was there when she was stoling) I think it would be easier to talk to this girl and she will maybe convince my ex-gf to give me back my stuffs(by stuff I mean my sister's jewels and my digital camera!!!).
But the problem is that: the only way I can get contact with this other girl is by asking to my ex-girlfriend, but I don't want to talk to her!!! OMG what I should do???

hahahaha, well she have just stolen some of my sister's jewels, that's maybe nothing. So we can take it slowely to stop this biatch tath's my ex.

Sorry to hear this is happening to you. Call the cops. They will probably tell you that it is a civil matter and you'll have to take her to court. Report it and do what you have to do...even if it means going to court. It will more than likely be a he said - she said as far as ownership, but if you have receipts & what not, that should help. The other way to go...blow it off and be glad shes gone and your not out more stuff in the long run. EDIT------------- One more thing...calling the cops now while she is young might be the best thing you can do for her. Stop her now before she does it to someone else that isn't as tollerant as you are.Good luck.

First of all I'm not a guy, but I can tell you what you need to do. First of all make a list of everything she stole from you and its values. Then go file with your magistrates office or courthouse a grievance against your ex. A court date will be appointed. Have as many friends (not relatives) as you can think of who knew these particular items were yours, not hers, write an affidavit (note) stating these items were yours and have it notarized. Then take these statements and your list of items she stole into court with you, or take your friends as live witnesses. The odds should be in your favor and Good Luck.

GO TO THE POLICE STATION and file a report.

You are lucky that she only stole that
in a few years she will be stealing checks, wallets and indenties...
when you see her name in the paper for one of the aforementioned crimes, you can be happy that all she got from you was a few hundred dollars worth of stuff. A very small price to pay to have this thief out of your life.

go to the police she won't go to jail just tell the cops all you want to do is get your stuff back and quit letting her in your crib and if the other girl dosen't want to help her get her as an excessery to the fact which she can be charged with theft that might get her to help you

She's ur ex.You shouldn't feel bad about going to her house and cussing her out. Or call the police. Send her to jail.
Trust her friend. If she tells ur ex and she gets steamed, then who cares, shes ur ex!And if you dont want to talk to her, then stop inviting her to ur house!And with all ur possesions, write ur name in permanent marker always.
