dont know if you are male or female but for sure, you are either still quite young or immature. If you are in a couple relationship, like dating and she repulses you, break it off. NOW, for both your sakes. You will be miserable and ashamed of her AND yourself and she will be devastated if she learns how you feel. Weight gain is already devastating and demoralizing for alot of people who end up with a very poor self image..Especially in America I would imagine!! Don't make that worse. You don't want to be seen with her, right?
Time to move on. She deserves REAL love and freindship.. NOT what you have to offer her.. especially NOW.
So you care about her and don't want to hurt her feelings but...pretending to be in this relationship, pretending to be anything is BAD. Do it now! and let her go gently.. yes it is gonna hurt her but it is better in the long run.. this relationship is doomed for sure anyway.

Im not going to lie, I could see how it could bother you. I had a boyfriend who after two years together, he gained LOT of weight, and at first it did really bother me. but if you truely love the person, then it wont bother you. I was able to look past it, but i will admitt it took some time... if you really love her, then you need to find a way to get over this. Otherwise, you will only grow to despise her, and she will start to notice you not wanting to be seen with her.. and it will only hurt her.

If you are embarrassed to be seen with her, why are you even still dating her? It's pretty shallow and right now you're just leading her on. How would you feel if the roles were switched and YOU were the one who gained all the weight!

Yea, that's pretty messed up, but if you like her why don't you encourage her to lose weight, so she doesn't feel bad, go to the gym with her and eat healthy foods with her, she won't feel like you're putting her down if you are at her side. But if you don't like her let her go. Don't hurt her by staying with her and making her stay home, her self esteem will drop and she will probably end up gaining more weight. Good luck!

Yes, that is soooooooooo wrong. I hope she realizes what your doing, breaks up with you and then lose's more weight then what she's gained! If her personality is still the same, why are you so worried about what she looks like.

Understandable in a way. But shallow and not nice. You are embarrassed because you are afraid of what people will think about YOU. You have issues of self acceptance. If you were blind would it matter that she was fat? Maybe she is eating to fill in the emptiness left by an unfullfilling relationship.

Well, if the picture in your profile is a picture of her, then I would say you are wrong. Pigs normally gain 100's of pounds during the course of their lives, and you're shallow to think you can keep a pig from keeping off the weight. But my question is: Why are you dating a pig? You know there are these people, we call them women. They entertain us with their crazy antics, make us smile, and on occasion bring us beer!! Pigs don't bring you beer, unless you train them and then they usually drink it by the time they bring it to you. I would recommend you date a woman.

wrong - yes, but also natural.
We all want to be seen at our best, and with pretty cars, homes, GFs etc.
very shallow - but very normal.
If you love her for her personality - you'll get over the weight issue, but if this was short-term and based on physical attraction - the relationship might be doomed.

I know how to help her loose alittle over 100 pounds in one day..........DUMP your shallow ***. If you loved her why not help her to loose weight? I thought that you have a girlfriend for someone who can love you for who you are and share thoughts and ideas with. If I thought my husband would dump me if I gained weight, I would dump him first. Beauty is only skin deep. what if you were to get a horrible burn to your face in a car wreck or whatever, how would you feel if she felt this way about you. Do her a favor and move on. She deserves better!

No, it's not wrong of you not to want to be seen with her. I can't believe you are even still dating this monster though. Break up with this selfish woman and find yourself a woman who has self-respect and wants to keep you happy.
