I have been in a long distance relationship with my best friend and he has been in love with me for years, but he does not act like it now...and I feel neglected...well every time I ask him a question he starts trippin....i broke up with him because i was sad and emotional....I love him, but he acts nonchalant and says he wants to be with me...what should happen....any advice?

i have been going out with my gf for 6 months and we're gonna tell my parents together i just don't know how i'm 15 and she's 18 and if things don't work out and my parents don't approve i'm just going to move in with her i'm scared but i love her to much to hide her my parents are ministers so i don't think they respect the choice for me to be with a girl i'm scared of what they will say. i know they'll still love me, but my talks about gay people all the time she doesn't realized who i am.

There has been no contact between us since 2003, this is not our wish but his mom moved with him and we had no way of contacting him. Only when she calls that his father has the oppertunity to talk to him, but we have no phone number to call and talk to him or an address to visit. This makes his father sad, he loves his only son so much.

7 years ago my mom married my step-dad. She passed away a couple years ago and my step-dad has stepped up and taken care of my little brother and I.

Early on in puberty I had this strong desire to be around my step dad constantly, my feelings for him have grown stronger and stronger over time.

I graduated from high school 2 years ago at age 16, have entered college and dated guys, but still have this obsession of wanting to be with my step-dad forever as his wife.

I don't feel as if i'm in need of any counseling, I'm rather mature for my age. This past weekend I poured out my feelings to my step-dad and he now know's exactly how i feel about him.

I asked him if he would feel comfortable going on a date with me. He was speechless, said he would have to think on this for awhile.

Our ages I'm 18 now nearing age 19, and he is 52 an a retired naval officer with a good pension and has a job with the government now as a civilian.

Would like other opinions please.

Okay I have this majorly mean older brother. He had no respect for me and whenever I touch something that is his he gets soooooo mad at me, but he always comes into my room and messes everything. up. He also teases a whole lot and calls me fat (i am not really fat me brother is just a bird brain) and i try to ignore it but that is really hard. I even try getting back at him but he always has a back up plan to make me soo mad. I hits me a lot, too. I have had a lot of dead arms. that means that u feel like u can't move your arm. what should i do? i really need some reasonably advice. he is way too strong for me. If I get one one of his nerves he hurts me. My parents don't listen to me when i tell them.

im marie i have a guy friend named josh. he was mean to me at the begining of the school yeah now out of no place he is nice to me. we are friends, i talked to him on the phone before christmas and we said some jokes and listend to some music. he told me on the phone that i hope yourdad dont think were going out. i said no he knows your a friend. he said umm o..ok like he wasnt expecting me to say that. he knows that i like him because i had one of my friends tell him. he makes me laugh. one day iwas crying because his best friend said a lot of bad stuff about me. he made me a card that said cerr up merry chri9stmas and do you like eggs? i was laughing so hard then i asked him to talk to his friend and tell him to stop and she said he will. how do i know if josh likes me? help!!!!!

I'm a senior in high school and he's a sophomore in college.

I told him "maybe, I'll think about it," and he hasn't brought the topic up again, and I've already seen him twice since he asked. What does that mean, and what should I do?

I wouldn't mind going out with him, but I don't know how that would happen b/c of my parents.

This is the first time that I've got my heart broken so I am going through, i can say the roughest time of my life right now... i just want to know what you guys think about my relationship.

I am 21 she's 20. We've known each other for about 8 months before we started dating on May, summer time. Everything was good, we were crazy about each other. I was her first serious boyfriend, she has dated casually with 5-6 guys before, i was her first partner.. her first love, and she was mine too... there was ups and downs but we went through those with no problems. Come September, university starts again, she suddenly got very busy with her life, we still see each other everyday, but it was always me who try to make an effort to make time for us. It was no problem to me in the beginning but slowly things started to catch up to me. I wanted some effort back in return, but she never returned them. we dated on and off for 2 years. now the silent treatment with her dumping me via email before thanksgiving. I was never able to give her the time she needed (work). I have had time to reflect how foolish I have been and I am truly sorry. I want to tell her in person, but I have respected her wishes for time being. I sent her a small christmas gift and left her a short xmas phone message xmas eve. All I have received from her is a short "thank you, that was nice" for the gift email. I really would like another shot with her. I have also lost a ton of weight and feel like a new man since we last spent meaningful time together (4 months). 15more pounds and I'll be at my most fit and athletic self which she has never seen. A friend of mine, on his own, told her this but she does not seem to care. Is this thing dead, another man? I know she really really loved me and I can't believe she could shut it down so abruptly and not give me another shot. any hope? Thx. I want to change

I was communicating with a guy on myspace who lives in another state.
I live on the west coast in LA, he lives around the New York area and we have never met.
We both have a mutual friend here on the west coast, and we both know what one another look like, etc.

Anyway, our messages have been flirty. I tell him he’s sexy, he replies telling me I’m sexy too…etc etc.

In one message I was playing with him and wrote,
“Boy I think you are a bit ornery and would be trouble for a girl.’

He wrote back;
“” Nothing wrong with being ornery. Trouble is fun, right.
I may be coming to LA at the end of January. How is the weather there, because it’s getting cold here.””

I thought that he was throwing some hint and wanted to meet me. I mean, why else tell me he is coming to my city, certainly you can look up the weather anywhere.
Therefore, I said, "Let me know if you want a tour of the city.''

He wrote back, "Right on girl, I might take you up on that tour."

I was emotionally attached with a guy I really cared for. He apparently liked me too and tried to get me to confess my feelings without returning the same will to confess. I didn't tell him how I felt because I've never been in a relationship and was afraid of rejection. I was protecting myself because I had been hurt before. He got upset and became disgusted with me for reasons unclear. I tried to make amendments by writing a letter explaining my feelings, but I got no real reaction positive or negative. Sometimes he is friendly, and others he is strangely distant. I have tried showing how much I care, but he doesn't seem to realize it. A couple of months later, I mustered up enough courage to call to suggest meeting up and talking. He says he doesn't care and that no matter how hard I try, he just doesn't and that I'm wasting time. He was also drunk. He drinks excessively just about every weekend to the point of blackout. Does it seem he's taking his aggression out on me?

Did you ever get your tongue frozen to something??
Like in the "Christmas Story" Movie. We are watching it at work....and everyone here has at some point in their life licked something they shouldn't have and got the tongue frozen to it. I licked the ice in my parent's basement freezer and got it stuck. The sink was five feet away and I couldn't reach it. Took 15 minutes for someone to hear me. Hahaha! Ouch!!
