Well, at least he said that he liked you too. That is a start. It seems like you are both shy people who do not know what to do. Go over to his house or have him come over your house and watch some videos together or something. go out to the movies, make a date or something. Since you both like each other, now is the time to go out and have fun.

Cook him dinner and lit him help, then wash the dishes you can hold his hand in the water a Little soap goes a long way. Splash him a little! Then watch a movie or play a board game. These thing will help break the ice!

Well, one of you will have to break the weird feeling by saying something more than, "I like you." Take the first step and ask him if he'd like to go on a date or start talking more over the phone. This is the start of something good. Build on it and become more comfortable with each other.

maybe txt him and say " do you wanna try it "? he should know what you're talking about. if you cant txt him just go up to him in person and say "hey" and talk about what you have in common. maybe then you guys will kinda just fall together?
