So my parents are getting a divorce, and I'm 16 almost 17. I don't want to live with my dad anymore because he's the one that's ruining everything and I hate him (for reasons I'm not going to say) My mom said that she's going to get me out of here, but my dad might fight that she won't get custody. Since I'm 16, will I be able to choose, since I'm old enough to do it myself? Or will they think I'm a minor and I won't be able to choose?

Well you see, around last year, there was this girl that really caught my eye. Well like 3 weeks later, we began going out and stuff. I really fell in love with her. But I dont know what happened then. Around March, she began to have problems with her friends because they felt as though they were losing her. A week later after they 'fixed' things, my ex told me that she couldnt talk to me anymore because supposedly her family told her that she couldnt be in a relationship at that moment.Well, she also told me that we couldnt even talk as friends...and that really hurt. Anyways, its December, and it had been like 8 months since we had spoken. I wasnt going to do anything, but the last day of school before christmas break, she was wearing the necklace I gave her for christmas. I dont know if it means something but I gave it a chance and wrote her an email. Now I await for her to get on a computer and respond to me. What should I do even if the response is positive or negative?

My ex married shortly after we split. It was a really strange situation and I was happy to leave it behind me. However, we work in the same building and she seems to be trying to get me to notice her. She also seems to be keeping a pretty close eye on me. She even parks where she can see my car everyday. The worst thing is that I think I still have feelings for her. But I will not compromise my beliefs or standards with a married woman. Any ideas out there?

How do you tell someone that you love that you just found out you have genital herpes? Do you even tell them or just end the relationship because your going to be alone for the rest of your pathatic life. I love this person a lot but I dont want him/her to look down on me. i was living in China and me and my ex bf took some exotic naked shots of ourselves. now we have broken up. I owed him some money which i decided not to pay him and now he is blackmailing me. I am back to Germany and he is in China. Would the authorities care of chasing him in another country for this blackmailing?

My girlfriend says her ex-boyfriend still has feelings for him but she considers him a friend now and she can't ignore him as they were in a relation for 8 years.

I found out that they kissed today (a deep kiss) and when I asked her she said that he wanted to kiss her and she couldn't refuse as chrismas eve is coming so she didn't want to hurt him.

She says she will always hide our relation from him becasuse he will get hurt. They meet 3-4 times a wee...as friends.

Is this cheating or am I getting too suspicious?

I haven't seen my ex -bf in a year so it was surprising when he said he wanted to see me and "meet up". He called me, and planned the whole thing (a movie). I assumed there would be coffee afterwards since after one year I thought he wanted to really talk & catch up. He picked up, but he never opened any doors for me, he walked ahead of me, & after the movie he just drove me home. He never walked me to my door & just said "merry Christmas". ok heres the thing. i dont like my girlfriend wearing revealing clothes at all. she says she is ok with that. we have fought many times coz she wear low neck sometimes. but a few days back she wore a very deep neck and her cleavage was seen. she had gone out wid her friends but she dint tell me she was wearing such a top. i saw her by chance and got very upset. i told her i wanted to get out of the relaionship. is that the right thing? what should i do? please guide.

How can I get my 13 year old daughter to realize she needs to have a relationship with her dad? He loves her very much and lives 5 hours away. She won't even talk to him on the phone. I divorced him when she was 4. He was very verbaly abusive, but only to me. When i left him my daughter and i had to move in an apartment, where we still are. We had to leave her dog behind and her dad gave it away. She says she will never talk to him until he gets her dog back, which is not possible and she knows that. I think she is using this as an excuse. What can i do?

Been dating this girl for 6 months. And already we've had two close calls. She tells me she's pregnant, I go on this roller coaster ride with her, and I'm lucky that after a doctor's visit it's negative. I use a condom and she supposedly is on birth control. I don't know if she's lying, if the condom is leaking etc. It's gettings cary, like she wants to have a kid? I love kids, but not right now until I know her for a long time first.

There is one person at work that I never would have given a second thought about, until he made it completely obvious to me how he feels. We have worked together for a year. We have a great working relationship, our "signs" are very compatible for work, and romance. We see eachother in a out of work.
