My ex married shortly after we split. It was a really strange situation and I was happy to leave it behind me. However, we work in the same building and she seems to be trying to get me to notice her. She also seems to be keeping a pretty close eye on me. She even parks where she can see my car everyday. The worst thing is that I think I still have feelings for her. But I will not compromise my beliefs or standards with a married woman. Any ideas out there?

Ignore her attempts to get your attention. Giving her attention rewards her and encourages her. You could also discuss it with her directly, but that would possibly be perceived as the attention that she wants.
Bottom line is, she's married and is behaving like this. That would be a huge turn off to me and motivation to be short enough with her, or rude enough to her, to get her to stop. It sounds like she's a person of low integrity who is confused about what she wants. Is that what you really want?

PS - this isn't sexual harassment unless she has power over you at work and a log of these type of 'offenses' would be laughed at by the authorities. Don't waste your time on that.

Ignore her and stick to your beliefs and standards about not becoming involved with a married woman.

Just keep a log book for every time she harrasses you. then go and file a complaint of sexual harassment. then when you go to court you have evidence that she has been stalking you.
