You will just know in your heart. And if you are asking this and you are in relationship, then you know it is time to move on.

just cause you're wondering if it's time to call it quits it doesn't mean it is...a doubt here and there is normal, to an extent. the question is, do you want to keep trying? if you want to keep keeping this person happy, if you are happy with them and can imagine staying with them in good humor, then you're doing alright. relationships can be hard work, but the result should be worth it. the result should be that you're constantly comfortable around them, and that you're happy to see them when you come home to them, or they come home to you.
if you're constantly having to question yourself, or if your partner is showing the same signs, then think about calling it quits. or maybe you should talk about it together. this CAN be a healthy conversation, and if at least one person is meaning to convince the other that they are still happy, then there is a point to being together.
relationships should also be full of sex, excitement and anticipation. too much doubt of course if not healthy...so don't torment yourself, it is time to end it, it's probably better to do it sooner than later.

That is a difficult one as we generally like to hang on to someone out of habit, because we don't want to start again, because we think things will get better.
The time has come when you are desperately unhappy and know that you are hanging on out of fear of starting again or because you don't want to be alone.
Sometimes a short break works...perhaps start with that...it might make it easier for you to take time out to ascertain what you really want or how you really feel.
GOOD LUCK AND TRY AND HAVE A GOOD XMAS

You know when it is time to call it quits. When they start snubbing you. When they don't return your phone calls. When they see you in public and turn the other way.
When they come out and tell you to leave me alone.
When they are seen talking or flirting with other guys.

When you are no longer happy, or see the other person in a loving state of mind.
If you feel like the relationship isn't going anywhere.

If there comes a time during your relationship when you actually think there could be a time. Then it's time. If it's meant to be you won't even consider that there ever would be a time.

Maybe the fact that you are asking this question is your first clue. Can you see yourself with this person in the furture? Maybe you love them but you are not in love with them. You will just know. Good Luck.

When you come home to find your sweetie entertaining another person in your bed, that is generally a strong signal for you to move on.

When your values are so far apart that the girl you are with no longer resembles the girl you started dating. In other words, you no longer have anything in common.
