I'm 16, but I agree with you, some of the questions posted here are sometimes disgusting or lack of total respect, but I also believe that parents should monitor their kids to enter here or any other for-grown up- site of the Internet, if their children are under 15 or 14.
Merry Xmas!

i am over 30 and I think these kids have way too much freedom, there parents obviously dont care that they are acting like this. That should fall onto the parents and not yahoo as they cannot watch every question that is put on here but, it does make you wonder how such young kids know so much.

it's a shame that they have the need to ask a stranger for advice -what it comes down to - is that they have no one at home to turn to for help - the blame is going to the wrong people - this is not the responsibility of Yahoo to be their monitor - but the responsibility of the parents - WHERE ARE THEY? if they knew their children - and they played any part in their lives - they would know what they were doing and put a stop to it. i, personally, wouldn't let a child of 11-13 ask such questions - because i would know enough about them to sense that something was wrong in the first place before they had to turn to strangers for advice. YOU have to know your children and always LISTEN, LISTEN, LISTEN to what they are saying.

It's not the questions that I'm worried about. I'm more worried about the "advice" that some of the answers give. I would rather my child ask a question and hopefully get some real answers than don't ask at all.
Of course, a lot of subject matter should be handled by the parents. I would definitely NOT let my preteen be on yahoo at all. I would block it from the computer.

My only concern is that some people on here aren't anonymous enough. Children and young teens are posting their email addresses and even home addresses and this is just plain stupid and dangerous.
I don't have kids, but I won't even let my nieces or nephews get on the internet in my home without me being right there with them. It's the adults responsibility to monitor their children, not Yahoo's.

I think that the questions our younger generation asks should be monitored. I wonder where are ther parents when they are on the computer. They should be watched. If I had kids they would not be on the computer asking such fresh questions.
That is why our society is going down hill. No parent involvement.

I wouldn't allo my 11-13 year old online unsupervised but I'm not other parents and even if I find their parenting skills lacking (if they post questions here I'll say so) it really is none of my business. If I don't want to read the questions that are obviously being asked by those very young I don't read them. Just because they are posted doesn't mean one HAS to read them.

I just replied to one freak about how she came in late and her husband spanked her. She wanted to know if she deserved it. It was obvious to most that this woman is into kinky sex play. Although I did answer her question by letting her know that I know what she was doing I do think Yahoo should not let those type of questions be entered. The woman is a freak.

I think we all need to report filth and inappropriate questions and answers. This is an excellant forum to ask questions that are of interest to us all as a society we want to improve. Unfortunately there are people with anger issues and problems they don't even understand themselves that are looking for any one captured or free they can make listen to them. God tells us to pray for our enemies. That may be because no one else would pray for them. There rudeness is our que as Christian's that they need our prayers for God to cause The Holy Spirit to move in their hearts. So lets just pray for them and report when needed.Merry Christ'mass!!

I'm with you on that one. I'm 46 and let my nephew, 17 and my niece, 14 use this PC but I have to be nearby but especially vigilant about using this site. I am so disappointed in the administrators blase attitude about enforcing their rules of conduct and so angry at their emphasis on the "bells and whistles" at the expense of decency. I'm not a prude, but some things that get posted here are just unacceptable.
