I know in French something called l' A B C de l'amour which is the A B C of love and a woman must have at least one of the letters that is : Argent (money) Beaute (beauty) Culture (education). Without one of these letters, is she really approachable?

Eye contact, and a smile is all it take to make a woman aprocable. Actually that would go for both sexes.

Well...It depends really. It depends on what a man/woman, REALLY thinks about that woman. Ex. If i think a man is REALLY cute enough to approachable, then i probley walk up to him, but i may think that guy is cute enough, but other may think not. So its just a matter of opinoins.

For some people attraction is purely physical, mental, emotional or a package of all of the above. Just be you and dont change for anyone unless your attitude is atrocious. If you are ugly on the inside, you are ugly on the outside.

do you mean "how do men know which women to approach?"
or do you mean "how do women make themselves approachable?"
