i was living in China and me and my ex bf took some exotic naked shots of ourselves. now we have broken up. I owed him some money which i decided not to pay him and now he is blackmailing me. I am back to Germany and he is in China. Would the authorities care of chasing him in another country for this blackmailing?

No. You can sue him if he impacts your image negatively with the photographs, but the likelihood of finding him if you go to court is virtually nil. Hire an investigator to find him.

No, they wouldn't. They might chase you though. Technically, you're in the wrong, seeing as you owe him money. Why don't you just pay up and get the negatives back? If you're really worried about it, get him to sign something afterwards. That's the only way you're ever going to be able to make it official (getting the negatives back hardly ever works in these technologically-enlightened days, why did they have to go and invent scanners?).

Nope. But I saw those pics on exgirlfriend.com and they're not that good. LOL. Guess you'll just have to accept that he has shown a lot of people by now, so it's not like it's a secret.

no. you shouldn't have agreed to those pics. they always come back to haunt you. if you look real good, don't worry about it. you may get another opportunity elsewhere
